And they release at such a fast rate that some games, which would have never made it on the store, end up slipping through. So you can release a game about pretty much anything and put it on steam?
I've always wondered if I can make a game where I try to recruit people to a cult. I always thought it would be fun to run a cult. And they release at such a fast rate that some games, which would have never made it on the store, end up slipping through.
I was there
My state blocks those kind of movie sites. No one has problems with movies dealing with this subject matter so there shouldn't be this faux outrage when games have them either. Just put the proper ratings and warnings on it and move along.

Its Steam description tells players they have to "own her", and then "become every woman's worst nightmare" and "leave no p*ssy non-f*cked, since that's the only thing they all want – never take 'no' for an answer".

The game's Steam page, which also includes a screenshot of a woman with a hand clenched around her throat, says it "graphically contains sex and violence, mature language, nudity, graphic depictions of oral, vaginal, and other sexual activities" and "includes incest, blackmail, unavoidable non-consensual sex, as well as the use of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes."

Women in Games CEO Dr Marie-Claire Isaaman has called on Valve to "act urgently" and remove the game from Steam, saying the game's content "is not only vile and dangerous, but also actively promotes the dehumanisation of women and girls."
"The fact that a game like this is available on Steam — one of the world's largest gaming platforms — is utterly unacceptable," she added. "It sends a clear and distressing message: that violence against women is not only tolerable, but playable. That message has no place in our industry, our communities, or our society."

The reviews are positive so it seems they were rightHow do you even sit around and think this is a good concept for a game? Like…
It's a porn game, I think being nasty is the point.Imagine being the people that actually took months to make the game … like the idea of this game being nasty never crossed their head ? Yikes
Most of the stuff you listed are illegal so censorship doesn't really apply.Never?
Zoofilia, necrofilia, pedo, racism and etc. are ok?

This is a wild post lolIs incest the original asset flip?
Absolutely true; for every one game that exists like this for the male market there exists 1000 smut novels with most vile disgusting shit being done that makes this game looks tame in comparison that women read ravenously and masturbate to.
Fucking gynocentric hypocrisy. Let's crack down on those first yeah?

Male readership is alive and well, we've just shifted to independent authors or older stuff because we don't want this gay shit propaganda from publishing houses polluting our eyes and minds. I've neigh completely stopped reading anything traditionally published anymore since 2016 for this reason.Pretty much, the last time I went into a Barnes & Noble there was a whole section for that kink-centric stuff, often enough with a guy having some bestial features. They were in the same section that used to have all the books that looked like Twilight with the black cover and some flower in the middle were. As male readership has shrunk, those novels for women as a market has grown, and book businesses will cater to it.
This being a game for a niche male kink though, that will ruin culture and lead to real violence against women...the horror! If games do keep pushing into weird subject matter though, either Steam's rules will need more clarity, or they have some stronger rating that a user has to check-box on to see the content. I filter out visual novels and walking sims entirely in my Steam window.
Agreed and probably why it will never be randomly discovered on Steam unless you go looking for it or for a specific genre.Yeah I'd say it's a pretty shitty game that crosses lines.
I would definitely have not known about this "game" had i not seen this post on GAF. That women's group could have just written to Steam in private and asked them to suppress the game. But you tell the press about something like this and you're giving it free publicity which it should not be getting. Zero IQ move.On the other side this probably will increase sells when otherwise no one would have known about this " game "
That's cool and all, but I think half the people in this topic would prefer the Furry Hitler series.I'd much rather play Sex With Hitler 2 myself.

Great thing a man I respect told me once - "if you call yourself a leader, you are not one".On her linkedin page it says, "Marie-Claire Isaaman is a recognized thought leader, entrepreneur, and executive"
Go to amazon and see recommendations based on your favorites, or youtube review channel or even goodreads, find good reviews, and then buy the e-book directly from the author's website. Thats how I do it.Sure, but in book stores I don't see much besides manga, older books or established authors still catering to men.
More and more of the big publishers seem to have catered to women, which creates a self-fulfilling prophecy that less men buy their books, so they cater even less over time, and not many self-published things get physical releases in my nearest Barnes & Noble (other than some stuff in their Nook ereader section).
