ok all. post characters that you think are laughably bad. so bad that your 5 year old nephew would shudder at them. these characters seriously make you ask "wtf were they thinking?".

i nominate:

Frame City Killer.

its like some rendition of an 80's wallstreet guy, complete with lame oakley blades but set in blade runner. this is honestly the worst character i have ever seen in a game.

He would have looked cool if his dreads were of a different color. Ciello was an alright character at first..until he started TALKING. He has a fucking Jamaican accent. Imagine a Jamaican accent on a character that looks like that. It's pretty stupid. Totally makes you HATE him.

Ill get crucified for this from certain forum members for this, but I detest the members of the Cobra's from MGS3, the only one I had mild affection for was the sorrow. You can probably put Fortune in from MGS2 while im thinking about it. I adore the game and all but they were pish compared to previous characters from the series.

Barring that, any Naughty Dog characters, Tidus and Big the Cat come to mind...

I can respect MGS3's Cobra, if you compare it to the series. On a whole though, they are fairly unique. Each has their own feel. I especially like The End and The Sorrow. Fear is weak though. Anyway, now for some truly unspired... shit. Condemned has some ridiculous "artists" on their team. Somehow they've snuck around the criticism with some impressive effects outside of character design. What hacks. This is next gen! Can't ever look down on some solid designs by Yoji Shinkawa when you got this crap going around

Can't find a pic unfortunately, but it was terrible! Looked like a reject from a Rare game.
 
The worse character is Tingle... dirty, dirty old man who walks around in a fairy outfit... May god have mercy on his lifeless soul. Everytime I saw him I felt the need to attempt to inflict any and all types of bodily harm upon him

Laura Croft

Wa-Luigi (That guy from the Strawberry Shortcake cartoons)

Pretty muh all of the characters in the GTA series (good games, horrible designs)

Crash (He's always sucked)

Eh? I would say FFVIII has easily some of the best character designs ever. I'll give you FF9-FF12 but VIII's were awesome. As for Laura Croft, if her design ever evolved it wouldn't be so bad, but she still looks like 1995 FMV.

I'm one of the many huge Zelda fans here, but honestly, this character has no place what-so-ever in the series.

Horrible design, annoying as fuck role. Remove him from my Zelda.

Nooooooo! On the tecnical part the game might be a bit outdated, but the rest (controls, chara design, story, atmo, locations, voice acting) is stupendous!

I knew my choice was controversial, but lets face it they were pish characters. What the feck did the Fury add to anything apart from some fancy fire effect? Just throw away characters that wouldn't be missed if they werent included.

Either way they aren't half as bad as some of the characters here, can't say I've been subjected enough to my friends games collection recently to see such horrid designs.
