I think if we weren't all stupid we'd all be pretty rich. Just thinking to where I straight wasted money is pretty depressing. Here's a short list:

$500 on HD equipment because my local cable service didnt let you rent the box for $5 extra a week a year or two back. Got the component cables, speaker wires, everything. Damned thing didnt even get a good feed either.

$15 on Batman ep. 1-5 disc off amazon. Could have used it for Futurama or another fox boxset on amazon right now. Oh, and reason being it's such a bad purchase was I got the season 1 box now.

$80 on a Cubs ticket at the end of 2003's year that was rained out and when made up, not available to the original ticket holders. The other lucky bastards got a double header.

$50 on Pee Wee tapes for my ex not a week before we stopped talking. Already on shaky ground and I even lied to her about the price cause she hated me buying stuff for her. Need that for San Andreas right now...

$4.00 on these "Sour Balls" that weren't even sour. Gave em away. My search for the sourest candy isn't going well. Damn false advertising!

$5.00, rented Blade Runner and Secret Window thinking within 5 days I'd see em. MLB playoffs were enough to hold my attention. Though I did see Secret Window on a 2nd rental.

Yeah, really wish I had a chunk of change in the form of $654 right now... oh, and don't get into what i wish I didnt buy as far as videogames.. I got state of emergency on pressure for a new game from my older brother when it came out.. yikes..

i really don't make that many purchases that i'm displeased with. All the equipment i buy i research thoroughly. The clothes i buy serve the purpose given the money i put into them. Everything else i'm pretty satisfied with. But...

$1.99 fish sandwich from Burger King - i bought a couple within the same week with some nasty-tasting tartar sauce, only compounded by the fact that i order mine with extra tartar sauce.

$2.99 Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad from Burger King - Same location. The picture clearly despicts a salad with Romaine lettuce. The package says "Caesar salad". What i got the vast majority of the time is not Romaine lettuce and therefore it is not a Caesar salad. It's iceberg. If i want iceberg lettuce i'll buy a head of it at a supermarket. Another thing, i'd really wish they'd stop asking what kind of dressing i want for my Caesar salad. i want Caesar dressing. It's what generally goes on a Caesar salad, hence the name. i guess i should be happy they're offering me choice, but it should be Caesar dressing by default, like it is everywhere else.

$??? gaucamole - It's too salty. i swear, every place i get it from, Mexican restaurant, Chili's, whereever, it tastes like they add a pound of salt to it. When i make gaucamole at home, i add a small amount of salt, to enhance the flavor. That's the purpose of salt. If the food starts to burn by time you've had three mouthfuls, it's too salty.

$??? Big 'n Tasty from McDonalds - i had just gotten off of work and was really hungry. i asked for a fish sandwich and a small fry. She gave me a fish sandwich, large fry, and a large iced tea. When i got to the window and she told me my order was a dollar and change more than it should've been, i almost didn't care. i didn't care about the fries being the wrong size, but i didn't want the tea. She took it off and gave me rest of my meal, and i drove off. When i reached into the bag and saw that i got a Big 'n Tasty (i don't eat beef), i was so pissed, i tossed it out the fucking window.

$??? cheese at Mexican restaurants - Use real cheese, please. Not Brand X cheese slices. Thank you.

So basically my unsatisfied purchases are food items bought locally. Part of the reason i cook my own food.

None that I recall, really. I regret buying Knights of the Old Republic for the Xbox a month or so ago...it's definitely not like what it's acclaimed to be. My $20 could have been better spent on something else.

There's alot of DVD's I've bought that I found cheaper somewhere else or at a used store for a 1/4 of the price.

Also, I bought myself a $2500 CND computer about a year ago. If I could do it all over again, I'd buy all the parts seperate and put it together myself for a better system at half the price.

Blimpie Roast Beef and Cheedar. I had just left the gym and was desperate. Nastiest thing I've eaten yet.

$6- for 2 gallons of milk which just sat and never got used and now i have to throw it out
$550- Import Dreamcast!! Worth it, but the price went down two weeks latter to 350 :(

DCX

-$540cdn on a R9800 Pro (shipped) Aug 2003. <-- got an empty box (well it had cables in it).
-$40cdn on a D-Link 614+ wireless router (shipped). <-- I kinda like it, and it's a great deal.. but it means I have to now share my internet connection with our renter. GRRR.. and he fucking leaves Shareaza running.. good thing I can limit it in the router's config. :(
-$6 on Beach Spikers (GC) but lost Viewtiful Joe (GC) <-- thx GAF.. fucktards. BS is a terrible game (imo).
-$2.95US on a MLB.com TV footage for Game 6 of the ALCS. Holy fucking shit.. the computer at work didn't have media player installed (windows 2000), and to top it off, I didn't have the administator privaledges to put it on. Even if that was possible.. MLB.com decided to reject my credit card anyway. Assholes.. :P

I'm sure there are more.. but those piss me off enough. >:(
