Her problem isn't that she's a racist. Her problem is that she won't take any responsibility for the loss. She was blaming the loss on the two people she knew didn't like the decor. It doesn't matter that they were old jewish women.

I've heard people use jap all the time. I wouldn't necessarily say it's derogatory (jap = Jewish American Princess). Although I should qualify that those using the term are usually jewish...

But even if we assume she's racist... it's just one idiot girl on the show. Watch any tv show these days and they are full of idiots who I want to reach into the tv and strangle. It's annoying and it's sad... but really, don't let it get to you man. Especially in a situation where you can't do anything about it, it's just not worth it to get stressed over these things.
