Yet there's none for Coke.

I don't understand the definition:

it's a term for anglophones and French Canadians? So basically a generic term for all Canadians?

Yes it's true. I think it's because there are some big Pepsi factories in Montreal, and since Quebec is a distinct society... it became denigrative over the years.

But it's slight, it means nothing harmful really. Just a little innocent joke.

I read that as the word being an anglophone Canadian word, with the stuff after the comma being the definition.
