My interest level has plummeted faster than TJ Magnums career by the lack of legends in that announcement. Will still hold out hope for some DLC announcements. You would think they would have stacked the game with legends based off the Network and Sting being in the game. At least have some WCW guys for Sting to face in the game, otherwise he just seems out of place with on a roster full of current generation of guys. Stick Vader, Sid, DDP, Jake the Snake, Rude, Kevin Sullivan etc in there
Made me happier there were less legends, assuming they're keeping the same amount of spots. I'd probably find it difficult to not buy it for £30 or under if NXT was announced.

To be honest, my main draw to these games is the legends so I hope they address that soon.
Think there's supposed to be more reveals I think. It would suck if they just threw in some nxt guys, but I'm holding out hope that won't be the case. Warrior and Yokozuna would make me really happy!
Eh, the only reason I get bored of legends and want NXT is that I want more high flyers since the roster is pretty thin on them these days. If the legends were people like Kidman and Juvi, I'd be so down for that.

I'm with you, most of the Legends they usually include have such similar fighting styles that it really detracts from the massive variety that a 80+ roster actually should have.

I do, but it's not the same as getting the full deal. Especially with some guys where moves aren't done right.
You got a point there, I'd be cool with high flyers regardless if it's nxt or legends.

The ones who haven't been revealed yet will probably be DLC wrestlers. I bet most will be NXT wrestlers with some of main roster guys like Ryback and Axel that weren't in the initial cut and the rest of the divas

If NXT is featured in MyCareer I can't see them being DLC.
I wouldn't be surprised if 2k is holding back a lot of legends for DLC though. I have a feeling they are planning to release a larger amount of DLC this year with a higher priced season pass.

I don't know if that's why I also don't play online but every year I try and every year I'm annoyed and give up. If they make the game feel more realistic while also making it more balanced competitively, well shit. That sounds awesome.
If they get rid of the drag grapple, then maybe.

Good impression, sounds like a good start of the gen game. Hopefully 2K and VC take over completely from Yuke's next year.
One feature I'd really like to see in future iterations would be like a custom indy wrestling circuit that you could add current roster and CAW to make like a dream organization with a mode like the old GM mode, and possibly run it online with your friends controlling their own CAW. You could have real rivalries and title reigns between friends and whatnot, that would be dope. I haven't played a WWE game since 2007, so if a feature like this already exists, I'm in day one.
