To some of those ladies crying over Bryan losing.... I got a shoulder for y'all to rest on. I'm also real good at crying, I can cry all day errryday, I am a wrestling fan after all.

I am handling this with the ROH/NJPW news. Though I thought Bryan could have won when the crowd went apeshit after he kicked out of the RKO...that was hype. ;_;

Just finished watching Del Rio vs Batista. My thoughts on the PPV so far:

Big E vs Swagger wasn't so bad, a decent opener
NAO vs Usos was decent at bed, but felt average to me.
Titus vs Young... meh.
Wyatts vs Shield. Holy shit this match was incredible. Match of the night so far and definitely one of the best matches I've seen in a while, they really nailed it. Rollins looked really good in the match, hope he doesn't get stuck in midcard hell.
AJ vs Cameron. Didn't even watch it.
Del Rio vs Drax the Bootista. The crowd was behind Del Rio... Think about that.

Now for the chamber match.

Why would you want Bryan in the main event now? What that does is actually save the main event/title match. WWE does not deserve its main event to be saved, it needs to crash and burn infront of our very own eyes.

Because quite frankly, i cannot wait to hear 50.000+ people take a gigantic shit on a match like they will for Orton vs Batista. It will be glorious and make Jericho vs Hunter WM18 and Orton vs Hunter sound like Hogan vs Andre and Hogan vs The Rock by comparison.

That Jericho vs Hunter match had some significance, it was the moment that Hunter realized that he was not on Austins or Rocks level. The Hunter vs Orton match showed that Orton simply does not have all the necessary qualities to truly be a top guy. In any other era, he would be languishing in mid card. Let Orton vs. Batista be another lesson, the match will bring the lulz.

I am almost sad that Wyatts are moving on to Cena now, their program with The Shield should last longer, the match they had was great, i was on the edge of my seat. Bray, Ambrose and Reigns all have potential main event careers in front of them. This is a great program, because both acts are relatively new, it feels fresh, different and a sort of throwback to faction vs. faction. And unlike other shitty storylines that WWE does, this one is actually treated seriously, there are no shitty lame poopy Cena esque jokes.

Overall i though the show was quite good, first good WWE PPV since SummerFest 13.

They need to milk Wyatt and Shield. I want more.

Do they? Sure it would be cool to see more, but why dilute it when you can leave the match as a once off special.

Maybe you could have a rematch somewhere in a few years, when the Shield members are very different characters in different positions, but I think the match stands as an amazing one-off just fine.

Wyatts vs Shield was the best buildup and payoff to a match since MITB 2011.

The build for both teams was so good the audience was shouting "THIS IS AWESOME" before the match even started. And the match itself?

RIDICULOUS.

And there was no title on the line, and no one in the match started in another generation. Just 6 relatively fresh faces putting on a clinic.

Which means....time to inject this feud with a lethal dose of POISON.

Media tours for films typically start four months before a movies is released. So yeah, he does. Batista needs the belt going into his GOTG media blitz. WWE wants that more than anything else and that's exactly why he's back. If Dave was making WRONG SIDE OF TOWN 2 he wouldn't have been resigned like he was but now that he's making movies like GOTG and Riddick? He's big money and an advertisement to the mainstream for WWE to use.

What year is Guardian's of the Galaxy out?

This year in Aug..

I had a feeling this would be why theyd bring back Brotista...I just didnt think it would be for WM , but the writing is on the wall. WWE network, new TV deal...they are looking to secure a place for advertisement, franchise dollars, cross promotion deals (lego) , product placement. Dave can get the WWE in the spotlight during the summer movie season. ....Its best for business, just not for entertainment. Bork vs Goatface Title match at WM is ...and Cesaro vs Cena, Shield vs Wyatts, Batista vs Ortan (after he costs brotista his WM shot) flair as the guest ref , I guess some sort of Diva's high flying 3 woman tag match with TAMINA all over the place. Tag Title...NAO pass to Usos or maybe 3 way tag match...i would love a 4 way but Cesaro's team cant be in it.

Is the rabid Chihuahua from the shield still the us champion or is it big E or what?

Looking forward to seeing the Wyatts/Shield match at some point, but I always laugh when I hear the name of this PPV because it just makes me think of a bathroom. Of course, given some of the WWE booking, that's kind of appropriate.

It's called WWE No Escape.

Holy shit...I basically said the same thing in the Raw thread...but I'm still like on cloud 9, this was the biggest show I've seen live. Best crowd I've been in too.
