Bray goes over on Cena, Bryan wins WWE championship at Mania, Wyatt / Bryan rematch at Extreme Rules.
 
Im really dissapointed that there have been no tweets by Ryback. Guy is hilarious on Twitter. Other day guy says " Win a match or Retweet me.." Ryback responds with "..guess I'll RT you."

I think Bryan winning the belt at Wrestlemania is more likely at this point than Batista/Orton actually closing the show. The writing is on the wall for Batista and it's not going to be pretty.
 
By the way, I actually think the way Bryan was pinned was kind of stupid. I would've had Kane pull Bryan out of the match about 2/3 of the way through to "protect a vital part of the WWE brand", then that way, you can set up Kane/Bryan, then Bryan/HHH for WM without Bryan eating a pin again.

I'd also have Cesaro beat Cena after Wyattference, then Orton beating Cesaro as the final ending.

How is the writing on the wall for that match when they brought Batista into the product and wrote him vs Orton for WM?

They didn't pay all that money for Batista to not be in the main event.

The booking isn't awful. It isn't great. In some parts, it actually is great (ie. The Shield breakup and the Shield/Wyatt feud). But, anybody who thinks WWE booking is actually awful should go back and watch WCW after the Finger Poke of Doom or most of the Russo era of TNA. That's actually badly booked professional wrestling. This might be wrestling booked to amuse the people in charge, but it isn't bad or horrible by any means.

Nah it's awful. Every once in a while, a good idea makes it through the WWE Creative Process™, but on the whole it's boring, often anticlimactic, and totally devoid of payoffs or highpoints. Just because it isn't as bad as some of the worst booking in wrestling history doesn't mean it's not bad.

The Shield and the Wyatts coming together with both groups still being fairly strong forces on the roster is nothing short of a miracle. The odds of that happening are like that of the Sun going supernova tomorrow because of some unforeseen crazy nuclear fusion reaction or whatever. That little feud and the match was like a holographic Mew pokemon card in 1998.
 
They paid Batista four million so he'd wear that belt to the red carpet of Guardians of the Galaxy. People thinking Bryan wins at WM if he's even in the match (he wont be) are delusional.
 
You guys are crazy if you think WWE's need to have a WWE title match at WM that the crowd will enjoy is greater then Triple H's need to bury people.

In the end Triple H always gets what he wants.

Obviously the original plan was Batista vs. Orton in the main event but that was before Big Dave started getting X-Pac heat. And when I say the writing is on the wall, I just mean the crowd is obviously going to shit on it. Either Bryan will be added to the match or the match will not close Wrestlemania.

GotG comes out in August. I don't see why Dave needs to win the belt in April to market that movie.

Batista will have the belt by summerslam since that's the time of Guardians will be out

I would be surprised if they didn't let him get a run going before then or leading up to it
 
I'll sign up tomorrow morning for WWE Network, use the free trial, and if they don't deliver Bryan in the main event at Wrestlemania, I'm canceling and citing their shitty ass booking as the reason for canceling.

I suggest you all do the same.

Media tours for films typically start four months before a movies is released. So yeah, he does. Batista needs the belt going into his GOTG media blitz. WWE wants that more than anything else and that's exactly why he's back. If Dave was making WRONG SIDE OF TOWN 2 he wouldn't have been resigned like he was but now that he's making movies like GOTG and Riddick? He's big money and an advertisement to the mainstream for WWE to use.

Or when they started using the World Heavyweight Championship to curtain jerk pay per views. Or everything involving the United States title since John Cena had it. When was the IC title last relevant again? I don't even remember.
