Some JTG Stats:

Fun with JTG. Since 2011 his W/L record is 8-141. Last match was 9/16/13. Most recent win is 5/8/12. Currently on 50 match losing streak.

JTG?!?!

I don't wanna live anymore.

- Zack Ryder (the next JTG)

Zack Ryder isn't even close to the new JTG as he's on tv or the Network usually once a week. JTG hasn't been on anything since an episode of Superstars last September.

If anyone would be the new JTG, it's David Otunga.

Otunga is actually working in wwe's legal department now.

What about JTG's partner? Havent watch much wwe in a while so dont know if he was still there.

Shad left in 2010. Part of the fun in tracking how long JTG was employed was the fact that he was way worse than Shad, but he kept a steady gig while Shad left twice.

Good riddance to most of 'em. At least Teddy can exit the company with dignity - his historic support of the tag team division will mark him among the all-time greats. It's his legacy.

Teddy's going to get a token Hall of Fame induction someday. That's more than the rest of these guys will get.

Sad to see anyone lose their jobs but I suppose it'd be churlish to complain when we're getting Prince Devitt, KENTA & Kevin Steen coming in this summer.

Dude shes like the finest women on earth.

Finest at what?

Running the ropes like a one legged twice blind eighty three year old with back issues?
Having no talent?
No ability?
The ability to make everyone else who shits the bed look great in comparison?
Being able to act on the skill level of cardboard?

And cardboard has more personality than her.

Probably could out wrestler her too.

Wait, they're actually getting Prince Devitt? When did this happen? What did I miss?

He's officially left New Japan and some pretty reliable sources have said he's signed a contract and will be joining in August.

Also he's stopped booking Indy dates and he had a big goodbye send-off at ICW in Newcastle a couple of weeks ago.

the thing that gets me about Brodus is , they spent a few weeks teasing the breakup of tons of funk, turn him heel to break up amd then do nothing. He turned on Tensai one week then neither was ever on tv again.*

It wasn't the most epic and awesome storyline but that's just gotta be shitty for the performer. Feeling like creative is giving you something until it's dropped for no rhyme or reason.

*Until random NXT appearances (commentary for Albert, a match for Clay

Well, shit, I guess I can't complain about losing 3MB if we're getting the prince.

As I always do when WWE does a superstar purge (and they hadn't done one in a while), here's my thoughts on the releases...

JTG - WWE was doing jacksquat with him, so let him go. Makes sense to me.

Drew McIntyre
Jinder Mahal - So I guess it's now just 1.5MB? These are the most surprising releases to me, as both were pretty entertaining as Slater's running buddies and both were decent in the ring.

Aksana - Another surprise, she was getting really good in the ring and, while not a top heel diva she was easy to plug into Divas tag matches.

Curt Hawkins - Again, WWE hadn't been doing much with him so this is not really a shock, but by all accounts he was well-liked backstage and pretty good in the ring.

Theodore Long - No surprise here, he hadn't been on TV much, and based on rumor his contract had just expired. Either way, enjoy retirement, Teddy!

Camacho - Another shocker, he's been doing well on NXT and has great roots (his dad is Tonga Fifita AKA King Tonga/Haku/Meng, the most legit badass in the history of pro wrestling) so I figured all he needed was a repackage and he'd be a legit star.

Brodus Clay - A real shame too because of the early popularity of his character, but apparently he just wasn't getting over as much as others would like. So, like Sable before him, another WWE superstar gets outshined by the divas he was paired with.

Evan Bourne - This one sucks, as Bourne is extremely talented and just got a bad break, pun not intended. Funny, he just posted on Twitter that he'd been with WWE for 5 years, which made everyone freak out and think he was released...and now he actually does get released. Hopefully he comes back strong, I'd love to see him back in ROH.

Yoshi Tatsu - Not a surprise, again, due to his lack of screen time in recent months. Hopefully now he'll return to NJPW and become the next Kazuchika Okada....but probably not.

I thought NXT was where old guys went to become new again, but it looks like if you show up on there after months off TV, it's just your death rattle.

I think T and Clay had their feud-ending match on Superstars the week after that. That was it.

LOL whoever thought the Bellas keep their jobs because of who they're with. Yeah, they're with the two top stars in the company but they're the faces of the Divas division and the face of Total Divas which makes WWE a significant chunk of change.

So they're the face of the divas division because they're with Cena & Bryan and they're the face of TD because they're with Cena & Bryan. But them not being released has nothing to do with who they're with?

The first part of this is an assumption. They were already very popular with the company before any of this happened.
