Steroids increase muscle growth to a huge degree, if that's what he was suspended for. Yes, he would actually BE more powerful if he was using steroids.

I kinda hate how this came out because now we know the only reason Dean is champion is because Reigns fucked up and the only reason Seth won cleanly was because Reigns fucked up...Never change WWE.
His head will be projected into the ring like The Wizard of Oz as he gets drafted to RAW.
