They pulled way back on pushing him after his last suspension.
They didn't say what it was for, for all we know it could've been something relatively harmless or at the very least, legal. Not exactly harmless but I'm going to wager it was some sort of fat burner which is supposedly why Rey and Ricardo (supposedly from GNC) got suspended some time ago.

He's presumably subject to the same testing as anybody else on the roster. He's been tested on behalf of UFC multiple times since announcing his return earlier this month also.
RVD didn't when he came back for his brief run, as he was still openly talking anout getting high, so probably not.

He's been tested numerous times since he's reannounced. They just skipped the "4 months consecutive" beforehand part cuz well they didn't exactly know it was happening

Break could really do the lad some good. If they can rejig him, find a way to turn the hate to his advantage, and have him return with a makeover of his gear?
