For those of you who have succesfully registered, is this the message that confirms your in?
'This Xbox is registered to preview updates. To stop getting the next preview wave, choose Unregister. This Xbox will remain registered until the current preview wave ends?'

back when I was able to access the preview forums, I saw someone else did this and they were able to get it resent by posting there
 
Bit confused about this controller update, will it work once the March update hits? I've read somewhere about plugging it into the console with a USB cable but there isn't one in the box I bought the console with.

it is only for the headset adapter which comes with the cable. it is a standard microusb cable though

The march update includes the firmware update for the controller that is needed for the new headset adapter.

Both the new stereo headset and the adapter will come with a micro usb cable and instructions on how to apply the update.

Seems like the controller update is part of the preview. You can update your controller by going to settings -> system -> update controller.

The headset you linked to doesn't come with the console. The headset that's included with the consoles works with every firmware version out of the box.

Edit:
Has the twitch streaming gone live? If you go to a PvZ: GW in the marketplace you can now see people who are broadcasting it via twitch.
