Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Thread: Everyone wants it, no one uses it

XCOM Enemy Within. How is this not on BC yet? I bought it a while back on 360 but never had a chance to play it. 360 is now packed up in the closet. Rather play on the Xbone.

I was really hoping for Bully since I bought it in the black Friday sale.
 
I played Lumines on the One yesterday lol...what an amazing game,the music that actually follows some of the positionning you do and all is great also... ;)

I thought Sonic 1 and 2 were only delisted in certain regions. They are still available for purchase in the US at least. Verified by looking at the Marketplace thru my wife's Microsoft account which do not have them purchased.

The first thing I did with the official release of backwards compatibility was play the Heavenly Star DLC. It made me happy!

Nice catch. Didn't realize some of those were delisted and yet I already downloaded, have and can still play them. Golden Axe standalone and Pinball FX 1 are two more of them. Yeah, I'm hoping After Burner Climax, Outrun Online Arcade, Sega Rally Online Arcade, Gatling Gears, Kung Fu Strike, and the Marvel vs. Capcom trilogy are put on the service for those who bought them can still download and play them, like you still can on X360. Good precedent, so it's possible in some cases, at least.
 
Ybarra said we'd find out the next list soon on Friday.. I'm guessing today or tomorrow for the list then later this week for them to be officially released. Next week will be pushing it since the games with gold games switch over 7pm EST Tuesday so Ithink it'll be this week.
 
Is anyone else getting error code 8015000A when trying to sign in for BC games? I bought Streets of Rage, used my normal sign in info, and got "8015000A, cannot download profile." I have no idea what to do at this point, I've tried signing in multiple times, deleting my profile, local 360 data etc. and nothing has worked so far.

edit: I even tried a factory reset and I did everything Xbox support suggested. I'm ticked and might just trade it in tomorrow.
 
I've been playing so much Plants Vs Zombies for no damn reason. It's just a brainless game that I just keep coming back to it.
 
For those that downloaded Fable 3 last month: after a 601 MB update the game is now playable on Xbox One while online.

I tried a few discs but nothing works yet, and nothing new appeared in my Ready to Install list. I think we can expect the list for tomorrow.

EDIT: it's still quite unstable, had 2 crashes when launching it. Let's see if it recognizes my cloud save.

Hopefully it shows up in my ready to install for when I get home. Legit jumped ship on the 360 3/4ths of the way through fable 3..unfortunatly the Xbox one sunset overdrive bundle had arrived in the mail lol
 
It decided my cloud save wasn't good enough and created a new one.

Guess I lost my old save since I couldn't copy it but only move it to the clouds. They better fix this and allow every game to copy the save, it's a dumb limitation imho.
 
Some of the Rare Replay games are appearing in duplicate in my Ready To Install list now. Perfect Dark, Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo, Viva Pinata and Trouble in Paradise both show the regular version and the Replay version. Kinda odd. This a known bug?

Yes! Same here, i bought the game last year when the Xbox One was out so i haven't really had the time to play it.

I think it makes sense to make Xbox 360 games available as BC on Xbox One that was released AFTER the Xbox One, like Fable Anniversary, South Park The Stick of Truth and Assassins Creed Rogue. South Park is already available as BC so a couple of more to go :)
