I'm picking up my xbox at Best Buy at midnight. I have a pre order but no idea when to go. Any suggestions?

So the smartglass app is pretty damn sweet. Just watched a couple of Killer Instinct and Ryse clips.

Holy shit at the sparks in KI and holy shit at how good Ryse looks. Also like that dismembered barbarian screams in agony before finally being put out of his misery. Epic music in both too. Especially KI.

Thanks for the info Lima. Zero cash in my account right now and Amazon sells £ cards for Xbox Live. Hopefully everything transfers over nicely when the Xbox One releases in Belgium and I change my region to BE.

Is there any way to change the gamertag? I never had mine connected to my 360...wondering if they would let me change. Don't like what I chose a few years ago even though I never used it...maybe I have to re-create...

Sweet. I've seen recent videos of both games recently, but just curious which videos are you referencing? Also, there's a video of smartglass being demoed??

I'm already doing that. Haha! I've been this excited for anything in a long time. So far, it's looking like my launch lineup will be: Battlefield 4, Dead Rising 3, Ryse (digital), Assasin's Creed 4, Killer Instinct, and I might add Need for Speed to that on Friday. I'm so pumped. I just hope I can download a game while playing something else. I always had a problem with doing that on my 360.

I picked up my PS4 at Best Buy at midnight last week. Basically, there were two lines, one for preorders and one for those who didn't. I went out to my Best Buy around 9:30pm and there were about 10 people in the preorder line and about 50 people in the non-preorder line. At 10:00, they started to let the preorder people into the store in order to finish the transaction sale. This helps so that by midnight, once they let people in, you simply show them the final receipt and they hand you your console and you get out without much fuss. I am in California.

I plan on going out around 9:30pm for the Xbox One launch this Thursday. If you like to grab your console at midnight and hope to get out quickly to get home to fire it up, I suggest getting there before 10pm. If you want to avoid waiting in line, show up a little after midnight and just get in line and you would probably end up waiting for 30-45 minutes tops. Really depends on how quickly the employees get the transactions done and how many people they have at the store.

Couldn't find a PS4 and I'm really liking the vids for Killer Instinct and Dead Rising. Killzone also seems to be a bit of a bummer shifting through the official thread (plus I did play Mercenary, which is awesome). Major turnaround for me on the system since E3. I knew I'd get one for Halo and Titanfall, yet the appeal of the first two games I mentioned is strong.

So I was thinking about trying to get to Target early Friday morning. I asked a clerk there today and he said they had 8 units or so in the back. I forgot to ask if those are all preorder systems though. Does Target do preorder stuff or should I be in the clear if I manage to make it into the first 8 come early morning?

Kind of exciting. Haven't waited in a line since my original Wii unit. Although it will be disappointing since I don;t live in that city anymore and I will feel the sting of a 40 minute commute if I miss out on it.

Do we know if movie rentals are payable via PayPal on Xbox One? For some reason they recently removed PayPal as a payment option in Xbox Video for the 360 (it's still an option on Windows 8 though).

While there was a few times he had to repeat he only ever had to say it once more. And considering he was wearing a mic which was then being played out of speakers which could potentially interfere with the voice control, it's quite impressive.

If you have a local Microsoft Store nearby, they will have extras for non-preorders.

Guys am I Xbox Famous yet. :p Are we able to add more than 100 friends yet? I'm at 98 or so and want to fill my list with GAFfers, or are we not going to be able to do that until the Xbox One is out?
