I haven't used a DS4 but i meant in comparison to the DS3 where the nubs and loose sticks were a disaster for accuracy, IMO.

Yeah I agree, get a good grip on the stick on the Xbone. One thing I like better about the Xbpad over the DS4 is the shoulder buttons. I can be holding a trigger down and kinda move my finger over to hit the bumper where on the DS4 I gotta take my finger off the trigger to hit the bumper.


Hope both get good PC drivers

It is indeed true, and a huge problem for most headphone setups.

Seems reasonable to assume: It has much fever right at launch, and Microsoft's history wouldn't lead one to assume that platform exclusives are their strong suit. Add in the uncertainty over what their future strategy will be (CEO search), something that most certainly means they aren't investing all that much right now.

It supports LPCM over optical too doesn't it? Lots of receivers can play multichannel that way.

This assumption doesn't compute with the fact that Microsoft are expanding their 1. party studios and development teams. They will probably also continue with outsourcing projects like Killer Instinct and Forza Horizon.

Microsoft doesn't stop just because they are getting a new CEO.
