The space above the tv is smaller than the photo seems to show it would definitely go over the screen. The shelf below horizontal wouldn't work as it needs to house the PS5 as well. I've measured and theres enough room for Ps5 horizontal and XBSX vertical at the bottom if the 1 and half cm top is enough. It looks like the top fan bends inwards some what as well so maybe 2 and a half cm clearance. If it was an enclosed unit I definitely wouldn't consider it.
Maybe the paperwork will include guidelines for housing the unit.

I would put it vertical on the top shelf too. It's so simple, unobtrusive and minimalistic, it would look great there and blend well with what you have already.
Definitely do not put vertical on the carpet, good chance it could overheat. I'd put the PS5 in the most inconspicuous place possible since it won't blend too well with anything else in your entertainment center.
I'm all about design aesthetics
Edit: Didn't see your post about the XsX being too tall for the top shelf. that's too bad, it would look great. maybe horizontal on the top shelf?

Because game plays better on PS5 right now.
Current version looks bad, nextgen version on start witwhout proper patch look as bad.
All game materials are from Nvidia cards, and whole look of the game depends hard on RT.

I'm hoping we see some console footage before launch, but I'm not holding my breath. I imagine it'll be another Witcher 3 situation, where we don't see anything from either console version until it's in the wild. I just hope it's at least solid when played on PS5/Series X via BC. I've been thirsty as hell for the game since the original teaser, so it better bit disappoint lolMust've woke up on the wrong side of the bed today

I believe i saw something about them targeting 2021 for a next gen version but can't remember.
I haven't secured an xsx preorder and gave my ps5 preorder to a friend. So I'll have to wait regardless.

First time witnessing a banning in real time since joining here. Certainly spiced up my Wednesday morning. Mods sure seem to be on top of things.
I actually think its possible that PS5 may run certain multiplats better early on in the generation. It seems to be quite apparent that dev kit familiarity/ease of use went PS5’s way based upon all sorts of whisperings. If this is the case folks shouldn’t freak out. But they probably will.
I am going to try very hard to wait for the patched XSX version of Cyberpunk to play it. But if the reviews are excellent for the One X version, I may not be able to hold out.

Moderation is pretty good here. Im sure him directly tagging a mod and insulting them sped up his ban tho lol.
I love new consoles and tech but honestly been more disappointed on the "build up" to launch. So im just going to wait a couple months before upgrading both consoles.

I'll play the X1X version on XSX, it will be the best console version until we get the patch and will perform to its peak on XSX. Just hope they put dynamic resolution in so we get the benefit.

I have an insane backlog so i am totally waiting for the XSX experience... i preordered this forever ago and would have played on XB1X if not delayed but guess i can't complain.
Crazy to see Zaitsu meltdown... i got permabanned from the NG Speculation thread for a lot less. One of them being suggesting it possible that the PS5 was intended to come out in 2019 and several of the games are cross-gen and some were moved to PS5. Yet we have Zaitsu here saying he has an in with CDPR and that they received XSX dev kits 1.5 years later than PS5? Wouldn't that make my "speculation" true though? haha
