The design is growing on me, kinda like the minimalist approach. At least proffered to how the PS5 looks which I find unfortunate.

I'm just glad they got some of the indie stuff out of the way in May. Even though I'm interested in a few of those games I really want to see the heavy hitters.

Valhalla won't be there, why would it? This is a first party only show isn't it? Beside Valhalla will be shown tonight at UBI conference. Also Forza rumored to arrive in 2021. In that case not expecting that! I guess the show will be Halo and Hellblade 2 heavy! But they will hold back some titles for August showing as well! Maybe in August they can show more third party games!

Not a bad list but I don't know if anything there can go toe to toe with Gay Dinosaur Highshool from Sony's show. Time will tell.

I think this show started as 1st party only but have evolved as something bigger since then. Negative feedback to the last Inside XBOX and somewhat decent showing from Sony contributed to it. So yes, it's very possible that 3rd party games will be showed. I just hope we will see something fresh and not Valhalla, which is a re-skin of 2017 game.

I dont think it will be a first party only. The last one was an indie show really, and after the smashing they got for a lackluster showing I think its all out.
I expect the August show might well be Lockhart reveal, or maybe even the price.
Pre orders for the Xbox One happened in June, so we are due for that pretty soon.
Considering MS has a paid deal with Assassins Creed I would expect them to drag it out at every opportunity they can.
Maybe showing some Series X gameplay.
Forza will be shown for sure. It will be their visual highlight of the show.
A whole new engine, 4k60 and Ray traced. I dont know if it will be ready for release in 2020 due to it being a whole new engine rather than just an upgrade, but they certainly will show it off.
Its one of the things I really looking forward to. I liked GT7 from the PS5 reveal, and as PD and T10 are always neck and neck with their games, to see how the two compare will be interesting.

I will be happy then. I want Microsoft to strong and go big. This is their last chance at beating Sony. If they fail this show then the next gen is over for them!

Where is Call of Duty 2020? Is it possible that the next CoD will be announced at MS event just like they did when they jumped from 360 to XBOX One E3 back in 2013?

That would be a huge get but I somehow doubt it. I'd actually like to see Activision just backtrack and completely stop these kind of deals to be honest.

In that case where is this year's Call of Duty? It always announces their new game within May and trailers at E3! This year it is already mid July!
MS have good partnerships with Battlefield but this year they are skipping it! But I don't believe Call of Duty can take a brake since they have 3 studios and they are doing this for like fifteen years or so!

Except the fact that Scorn, Medium, Fable and Hellblade 2 and Obsidian next big game are not coming to Xbox One.
The only exclusive that's still coming to Xbox One is Halo Infinite, which will be an abysmal version anyways.

Base XBOX One... yeah... it might be 900p at 30fps. I still expect the XBOX One X version to be at Native 4k and 60fps. We will see though.

Nah, but there's always a surprise.
I remember Rare being called the "new IP factory" and that other studios will do their old IPs.
Banjo is one of the only mascot platforms that Xbox has, so I assume its time to dust old Banjo off and I would not consider myself surprised if we see something with the old bear in it.

Probably the release date of Halo Infinite is 11/7 or November 7th? What if that is close to the Series X launch date? I guess Series X can still come out on October and Infinite on November 7th!

If it's as badly put together as Inside Xbox then more than half of that 90 minutes will be talking heads on screen adding absolutely zero value to the stream.

I think only 1 rumour, but I wouldn't give any value to it. We even had a topic about it here, but since then nothing has been pointing in that direction. Would be great, but not realistic.

I'm not so optimistic. Xbox social media marketing has been all over the place for a while. Way too much 'look at me kids I'm cool, bro!' and not enough substance. For the sake of competition I hope they don't fuck it, but I really wouldn't be surprised if they made the same mistake again.

Now, you can argue that you're not interested in their properties, but a lot of people will be.

If they came out with a truly photorealistic Forza (it should be practically doable now, especially if they used Unreal Engine 5 the way it's been shown off on PS5) I'd probably be swayed. Still waiting to see if Hellblade really looks as good as that 'in-engine' stuff when it's actually running.
I'm not really sold on next-gen as a thing right now, since nothing shown so far has been mind-blowing. If Microsoft blow my mind I'll bite.
Greenberg said (on Twitter) that it's about an hour, all games, no hardware, business or other announcements.
