While that is true it’s also different because PlayStation is on the tail end of the things they have shown, it basically stops at Spider-Man 2 so there was a lot of hype for the things we don’t know.

For this showcase however, the hype is about seeing what everybody knows will be there because the games have already been announced just not shown. Sure they can announce more games but probably there won’t be much to see there. People are excited to see Indiana Jones, Contraband, Fable, Avowed, Starfield, Gears 6, etc

The disappointment can only come from the gameplay they show and not from what they don’t announce.

I think Hellblade 2 with date first, something solid or Forza like you say. I hope they at least mention the Series S version of Forza or in the after show as if that machine can do the on track RT it disproves a lot of the noise about the capabilities of the machine.

Im not expecting dates. I think everyone, xbox included, prefers to keep that stuff closer to their chest now. It allows them to push things back internally without the backlash or twitter apology. But I am expecting windows. If forza still isn’t dated today than it’s gotta be a very late 2023 game or 2024 at this point.

The space exploration and space combat make it an interesting game.
But the hype comes from bethesda who made skyrim. With skyrim settings, this game is set for an insane journey. Plus you have the modding community who can add any content to the game.
