I posted this in another thread.

If you dloaded your songs through the itunes store you xbox30 will not be able to play the file.

Yeah. Apple would have to give permission for it to work. Still it's extremely easy to remove the iTunes copy protection from your legally purchased music, if you need to. Whether you have an Xbox 360 or not that is something you should probably be doing. At least that's what they say on tv.

Also I heard that there will be a download/patch on day one to make Xbox 360 compatible with something regarding iPods/Apple. I forgot what it was though. Anyone know what that day one patch is about???

You can probably just run jhymn on all your AAC files bought through the music store and be fine.
once you access the iTMS with itunes6, jhymn and sharpemusic will no longer work. not on new music and not on old music.

Ouch, well that blows.
fucking tell me about it. I legitimately de-DRM my songs so I can run replaygain on them to normalize them. First I tried to buy the albums with sharpemsuci.. didn't work. then I tried to buy them with iTMS6 and jhymn them and it didn't work. then for kicks I tried to jhymn some songs I already did but just to see if it could still do it and it didn't work on those either. kudos to apple for finally beating it (for now), but doesn't suck any less for me. now I guess I'll have to use soundcheck, which I suppose is fine for most of the music I buy anyway. just have to turn it off for concept albums.
