He was pretty clearly making a broad generalization about an entire generation based on photos that are not even apart of technology that is from that generations finalized hardware. If you don't think that's sliding from "reasonable opinion" to "fucking stupid", you can go join him in the coral.

You dig him for attacking a gneration we aint yet seen, yet YOU defend it, and you have too nothing to defend. He may be right for all you know.

Did you even read my post? I'm not defending the generation, I'm simply bashing him for making that generalization WITHOUT seeing it.

However, I can defend a position based on his comments. If the next generation IS the same shit, then there's still plenty of reasons to be excited for that.
