I see people using the phrase "Remote Play" which I assume means streaming from a Windows device or Series console to another device? I've never been certain if I can actually do this…it seems like you can only stream owned titles from the cloud servers.

Remote play is basically interfacing your console on another device.

You can do it via app or the web, even.

I think it's stupidly blocked on the app I think because of absurd Google / Apple lawsuit BS. You have to use the website.

If it was on the app like it used to be, it would basically be a portable Xbox on your phone. Look at the store, buy, download, or play cloud just like on Xbox.
