This is ridiculous. Why the hell hasn't Sony been sued for all their faulty products? From hdtvs, playstation1 and 2 n d all other types of things have had major problems. And how could microsoft get sued in the first place? Thompson is the manufactuer of the DVD drives in question, so there Microsift shouldn't be held liable.
