Yeah the Guar Plains were the first time I ran up that hill to them. And then you keep on trucking and will be continually blown away by each successive area like that (at least as far as I have gotten).
Has NOA said a word about the game since it's European release? I remember there being a cryptic remark by them that they were going to watch and see what happened etc etc. Not that it matters at this point to many of us in the U.S., but I'm interested to see if they will ever publicly have anything at all to say about the game.

I think that's all they said. They were just going to watch sales. If it does get released, it probably won't be until next year. They don't want anything to go against skyward sword.

today i killed that lvl 108 boss 3 times without any problems, that lvl 105 mechon too, but the lvl 115 boss on valak mountain still refuses to die. is he the hardest? or is the lvl 120 dragon stronger? also: does day/night time matter? (like all the other enemies in that area which gain some strengh at night.)

I am level 53 now and about 55 hours. And after being overleveled for the last 3 or 4 zones, suddenly the enemies are on my level again. Ist that normal?

Finally confirmation that Mumkhar is alive and he is the Metal Face. Why can he remember everything though when others can't? And the encounter with the golden Mechon Egil was also very impressive. Holy shit impressive.
But what I loved most was Dunban action and his dialogue. SO good, I just love his character

do all of them have as more than 3? So far I have found a fourth for Melia in the Lighthouse. If anyone knows where Sharlas, Dunbans and Shulks are Id appreciate it

Did an intern sneak into the office late at night and program the spike damage parametres? I can't see what the hell it adds to the battles other than dumbfuck annoyance.
Also I'm trying no armour/no gems with Dunban, not sure if it's doing much at the moment. Trying to find link skills to boost his stats more.

Another thought. I kinda wish they'd worked more affinity coin gains into each playthrough. Seems like skill linking could be a fun system to get crazy with but there just aren't enough coins and by my reckoning it'd take a further 5 or so playthoughs to max it out.
