I just customization is cool, but eh. It just seems like a spectator from what I've seen. It makes cutscenes less...real.

Just to clarify, because I'm pretty sure that spoiler is wrong.

BIG SPOILER WARNING

I'm pretty sure it's the main character that's a robot. Which makes a lot of sense as to their role in the game.

lol yeah saw that on 4chan including pics and such things. They also hate us GAFers for talking about censorship again (and imo they are right i want the normal full game no damn censoreship in this age). Story has taken a cool turn now.

Even saying there is a certain twist regarding the discussion at hand is already making me anxious. u-u

Shame the other Xenoblade topic got locked, a topic on streams is gonna get some spoilers inevitably.

Not saying their opinion is invalid. Not at all.

They talk about the very act of supporting games that even give you the option to wear these sorts of outfits as bad, yet the character from the game in his avatar has options like the one I showed. I just wanted that cleared up because it tends to conflict with exactly what they said. That's all.

I hope you are running from one Erotic Store to the other to check if they have skimpy clothing intended for small woman, and then proceed to rant how someone could buy the clothes and make his Underage Daughter wear them.

Because this is what you do. It's a Universal Cloth, intended for the Million of possible Body Types you can create in the Game. The streamer has choosen to put it on Lyn, and now there's an Outrage here. Because he has choosen to give it to Lyn. Not because he had to. and if you are already going ham over a Game, you should be currently trying your best to avoid it in reality isn't it?

Ah, and don't put words in my mouth, contrary to some people here i am able to tell the difference between the virtual World and the real one, thus able to choose when it's worth to get worked up over something or not.

The Thread Title also wasn't "Hey let's discuss the optional universal clothing of this Character who's 13 according to wiki", and yet it derailed to that although some did already made clear that they don't want to discuss this in here.

And with that said, this is my final Post to that matter, i won't discuss this any further.
 
The Sollocat stream seems to be right around the invasion of the alien camp from the Treehouse stream.

Bridge battle just happened. Good watch if you're looking to see what happened next.

And somehow Black Tar is pretty awesome now :)
 
I find it funny and hypocrite that the outrage goes against the option and not against the streamer that decided to use that costume on a 13 years old girl. Because the costume is not customized for Lyn, is generic and available for all the character. Of course, it's an oversight that it can be used for Lyn in the same context.

I hope NoA will decide to postpone the game to 2016 in order to take out every bit of skin showed in this game to comply with the views of those that would rather punish a clothes manufacturer for an unfortunate design than a pervert that would expose that outfit on a child in a sexual context.
 
Even hinting at a twist that would make the censorship talk "funny" is kind of a spoiler I didn't want to know. Now i'm expecting some sort of reveal in the game :\

The thing is, we have no clue or any idea when this supposed spoiler pops up, which is worse than knowing when it pops up because you're always anticipating it.

Oh dear, here i was looking for a few first impressions of the game, and ended up seeing half of Gaf crying for censoring of the game and than reading probably a big spoiler.
I never asked for this!

I find it quite a harmless spoiler. I don't care that I know about it at all, for example, and I generally am not at all cool with story spoilers. This will probably be played for jokes more than anything. It's not a "whooaaaaaaaa" spoiler.
 
So...yeah, all that 'underage' talk aside, is there an active stream somewhere?

All the ones I was watching earlier seem to have stopped. :(

Everything else in this thread is typical GAF talk about censoring things like every week for games that have these options like threads for My Little cant be this cute or even bans for games (which are okay of course) but no game should be censored at all if these things are player options.

I didn't liked Tatsu because I prefer Ricky but he is growing on me.
