Yoko Taro's strength comes from telling his story through video game as medium. TV show and movie are just very different.

I like Yoko Taro as video game director not as movie director.

It is. Yoko Taro has said that Automata's story was influenced heavily by Evangelion.

Never thought about it at first but after reading that it made sense.
