Let's see... If it was Treehouse Of Horror or something like that, than Lisa. Just because the rest of the family dies more than her in the specials. (However, as THOH XXXI happened, then I've got my fill for a few years. I'll probably kill Groundskeeper Willie, as it's a running gag.)

If it was outside of THOH, however, than I would really like to kill either Helen Lovejoy, or Marge Simpson, just so that Homer never has to go through another Marriage Crisis episode.

I think Helen is a great character sometimes, but I respect your opinion.
EDIT: Other than the funny moments, she is not very good.
