Whenever I go into a change room I always check to see if the mirror isn't one of those one sided view mirrors by putting my finger on the glass to see how far the reflection is from finger. I don't remember from where I heard this but supposedly if your reflection is touching the tip of your finger then its one of those mirrors where someone can watch you from the other side. Don't know if its true but it's turned into a habit for me.
