Anyone seen that growing "Battlefield 3 trailer goes with anything" meme?
Its like Guile theme, but for dramatic instances.

Some of the best examples...
1 2 3 4 5

I suggest not to use headpones....

Most impressive acoustic guitar player I've seen since the whole Andy McKee fad:

Not only is it impressive technically (tuning on the fly instead of bending. Awesome), but it's actually an extremely nice song.
Good thing I didn't succumb to my urge to hit the back button before the 40 second mark. What started off as a bad sounding yet sound technical showcase turned into an actual song.

I normally find videos of random "amazing" youtube musicians boring, regardless of technical proficiency, but this was astounding. A beautiful song, and impossible to believe that one guy could coordinate so much at the same time between his guitar, percussion and singing.

Bravo.

I stumbled upon it, and I was just as skeptical as you guys. I enjoy some Andy McKee and all of the rest similar to him from time to time, but I find the formula a bit boring, but this was just something new. The subtle distortion on the sound from the pickup, with the clean signal from the mic in his guitar, with the subtle octaver he used on is singing is also an excellent use of effects. I've pretty much been listening to it non-stop for some days, now.

Glad you like it!

WAs going to say the same thing. I see a lot of coordinated solo artists but this guy takes the cake. Very talented.

What, are you kidding me? Because he started singing, is that it?

I generally loathe guitar technical showcases, but everything this guy does seems to be in pursuit of making something that sounds amazing, and doing it by himself on just this one instrument. That intro is just beautiful and otherworldly.

No, because he started tuning while playing and it began to sound good.

There's a solid 45 seconds between the point I am talking about and when he started singing. Not sure where the hell you got that from, out of my comment.
