Why would you hire a artist that does comic book art wrong like this,( the makeover) looks like evertime he would turn his head he would stab himself in the face or take a eye out.
They guy draws human anatomy like he‘s never seen a actual human being his entire life.

This is all true but a part of me always cringes when people make fun of this dude's art. I really can't stand to see people (almost 100% of the time complete non-artists themselves) shit on a successful artist's ability. It's one thing to say you don't like something but this dude crosses over into like carrot top/nickelback territory where he has just become a joke and people revel in shitting on him, and I don't understand that kind of mentality. Yes his work can be pretty funny sometimes, but it just rubs me the wrong way to hear people who could barely draw a stick figure cut up a guy's art because they've seen someone do it better.

He is a highly overrated artist, not saying he is the worst I’ve seen but his anatomic proportions are out of whack.
Call it artistic liberty or whatever but I’ve seen amateur artist that are much more talented, maybe its just my own personal taste.

I think the redesign in the OP is....ok? The original literally makes me laugh, but the redesign feels over designed and too complex, too video gamey or something. I think it's better but both are really bad imo.

It's horrifyingly mindbogglingly awful. The original looks low res but this is a detailed overdesigned mess of armor and face that doesn't go with it all with a creativity of a toddler drawing lines on a sheet of paper.
It's not just the amount of spikes (although clearly this is a huge fucking no) but the color, composition, silhouette are all unreadable. I'm not a fucking artist but even I see that this shot has poor composition, colors all blend in and I can't discern anything - so it gotta be an issue right?
I seriosuly hope this is just a troll render, cause my God if they wasted money on a remaster of a shit movie only to make it even worse.

I like the new shape of the horns. Looks cool swept back like that.
That's it for positives. The rest of the design is just... juvenile. Needlessly busy. Pointy without reason. He'd gore both eyes out looking down to pick up a quarter. Needs some kind of contrasting color. I think I hate it.

Hollywood nailed making realistic metal pre-2010s. Even Iron Man looks so realistic in the 2008 version, maybe more than the 2018 nanotech version.

They have some good shots but the majority of the CGI is pretty rubbish in these films. It's beyond clear why you chose this simple shot instead of one of a giant CGI battlefield they often end in.

I think that is true for all movies nowadays. Even Wonder Woman and Aquaman had shit CGI in end fights, and BVS for that matter too (Doomsday looked horrible aesthetically) . I don't think using practical effects would make sense too as budget would balloon too. It's easy to do this in comics but in movies, time and budget are major factors.
And I agree Endgame had bad CGI in end but I don't think they could have handled it much better.

Have to agree I loved Aquaman because of how creatively nuts they went with it. It was so absurd that it suspended my disbelief. Young Temura Morrison basically looked like straight out of Revenge of the Sith Commander Cody level bad though: Marvel has the best de-aging tech out there.
