How much is it on steam?
FPS cap?
couple shots from the beginning. i can take more if people want to see.
So, there's a mini map toggle or this is just the beginning without it?couple shots from the beginning. i can take more if people want to see.

Also, DX9 hm? Need to figure out which engine it uses to try forcing AO and SGSSAA using Inspector.
Looks good. I'm coming home, going to get it on Steam and will test some Inspector flags and Reshade effects to see what we can get.no, you get the minimap just after those bits.
last few, you get the idea.
more importantly, it runs 200fps+ with a 970. no graphical options to tinker with so your mileage may vary but it's doesn't seem like a very demanding game at all.

It's pretty odd they gutted the lens filters. I mean, if that's not your thing, I can dig it. But ZombiU is one of the very, very few games where I was cool with the lens filters and chromatic aberration. Aesthetically it's going for a grungy, dirty, low res, British indy handy cam footage look and thought it accomplished it really well. Like all the crap filtering/post processing and shit on the screen came together for a distinctive look. Despite hating that shit in most games, it looks missing here.
Jeez, it sounds like all Ubi gave a budget for was making it work without the Gamepad. I feel bad for Straight Right.

You could add in lens flares, Martins CustomFx film grain, and chromatic abberation. I'd be curious to see how it looks with the ReShade implementation

EDIT: I even stay above 60fps at 4K.
So, if this does run poorly on consoles, I have a hard time understanding why given that it runs at almost 200fps on my PC at 1080p.

I will confirm it once more.
- Not able to loot dead Friends.
- Not able to leave messages to Friends.
- Unable to see your own shadow (lol).
- Unable to be truly immersed (no Gamepad, way too much brightness)
- Terrible UI
- Missing visual effects (Texture Filtering, Filters, shadows and detail on various objects and Zombis.
No, it varies between 10 - 60 fps.

Guess I'll get the PC version in hopes of mod support
Specs?
i5 2500k OC'd to 4.5GHz with a GTX 970
I'm playing at a pretty steady 120fps, the only time it dips is when it's streaming in new parts of the level (I'd assume), and briefly in the first open area it dropped to 115fps. Other than that, it's really smooth.
It's a barebones port as far as options goes, but it runs great. I do have a problem where I can only select one (my native) resolution, though. I had to disable 4K on my TV to be able to even choose 1080.
Why not run it at 4K, though?
