I'm sure I am! I don't usually see 3D images (slightly strabic), but with the 3DS's smaller eye-to-screen distance, I can see all the glory of stereoscopic 3D! It'll be a blast.

Right now, i'm hunting down a Red, Fire Red and Heart Gold. I've never ever wanted to play the old games like right now.

I recovered a seven-years-old Greenleaf save from an emulator (yeah, I know). It has the most amazing Hasty-natured speed-is-the-highest-stat Blastoise EVER. Actually, any chance of me recovering that into the 3DS? I don't think so, eh?

I thought I'd try rating my favourite sprite for each Gen 1 Pokemon, so I quickly did the first 101 and will finish the next 50 in a mo. I actually discovered something I hadn't really realised before: I really dislike the sprites from Black/White and Black/White 2. The art style used is so passive and lacks the dynamism from earlier in the series. Also, there's exactly one sprite from Green, typically known for having the worst sprites, which is my favourite for that particular Pokemon; see if you can spot which one.

Working on something similar, but just across the Gen 1 sheets.

Fearow's Green sprite is pretty sweet.
