Not until the viewer count gets below about 6,000, which is where in slow mode in the chat the number of commands per second still overloaded the frame limit. The average inputted values are pretty much the same with such large sample sizes regardless, so 6,000 and 60,000 are basically indistinguishable in effect. The only difference is how much information can be conveyed to each other through the Twitch chatbox.
