The brief bit I played way back in 'beta' was a lot of fun - definitely felt like it would be at home on a VITA screen (yes, I know it says PS4 - remoteplay).
What do you mean now? He always has. ;-)Whoa, had no idea Shane works for Sony now.
Please. I've been looking forward to this for a good while now.Just give me a date already.....thats not much to ask.
I played the early access steam version a while ago. Really neat but the game needed way more variety. It felt a bit repetitive and grindy.Didn't this release on PC ages ago? What's the general consensus?
Shane said before GDC time it almost complete should be out in the next 2 months.Just give me a date already.....thats not much to ask.
I hope there's a Vita version with cross-buy/play.
Anything that you would like to share about the game? I can't wait for it to be released.
Edit: removed earlier part of the post. I was thinking helldivers for a sec

Had a great Metal Slug meets Borderlands 2 feel with the quests and crafting. Everything was still very barebones, so I hope they fleshed it out a lot more - you could run through all the available quests in a couple playthroughs.
At the office, so I can't really craft a huge breakdown - I was also waiting for multiplayer to really dig in, and they hadn't implemented that by the time I 'quit'. If anyone knows if the PC version has since been patched to included this, I would be interested.
There was nowhere near enough content for this game to be fun for more than a few hours on Steam. Not sure if that's going to chance at any point in the future, I haven't played it in a month or two.
Man that was extremely painful to watch, those player were beyond awful! Have they ever played a sidescrolling shooter? I really doubt it.
I don't see what's Monster Hunter has to do with it(i watched the video without sound but...), i just hope the level design is good, are levels random?
Ok, but even rpg sidequests work like that, it's not an exclusive feature of Monster Hunter imo, if you say Monster Hunter i think about big monsters. The basic game structure is entirely based on MH. The hub, mission layout, and flow of accept mission -> kill target -> return to base with loot to craft stuff is very MH. Obviously the gameplay itself is totally different.
I kickstarted the game and played it when early access first went up. Kinda regret doing so since it was VERY unfinished, might give it another shot soon.
There are occasionally big mechs to kill.Ok, but even rpg sidequests work like that, it's not an exclusive feature of Monster Hunter imo, if you say Monster Hunter i think about big monsters.

PSN webstore listing has it for March 4th.
Looks neat but just give me a new Metal Slug on Vita and call it a day

Think this was in Beta or something like that. You had to pay for early access on Steam or something. Is that a thing now?
Interesting. So this game could be the March PS Plus free game for PS4?
Ok but imo the Monster Hunter comparison is still too far fetched.
