Also really like modern Ryu Hayabusa. Also I think Kenji/Mukuro from Warzard/Red Earth has a sweet-ass design. Hopefully when Capcom decides to pull their collective fingers out of their asses and make Capcom All-Stars, they'll add Kenji to the roster.

In terms of function, it would be Raiden from MGS4/MGR.

Hiryu, Joe Musashi and MGR Raiden have boss looking outfits too. And Raiden's high frequency blade...oh man the swag.

Terry Bogard is a awesome design but I always thought Andy reeked of mediocrity. A really dull and boring design.

I'll be honest. I agree, however you chose the lamest, most weeaboo photo you could find.

But Sasuke's 'garb' in the manga I've always found to be badass, and he dresses the closest to what I could see an actual ninja that just doesn't give a shit would dress.
