Yeah, they've shown way too much already. Trailers these days are whacked. Directors should learn from Godzilla's trailer and marketing on how to build hype.

Hyped. Looks like damn good fun.

I like it. Movies should show more and be transparent like when the Joker bank scene was released for The Dark Knight, or the scenes available for the new Captain America movie

I feel like I've seen this movie for free already and it isn't even out yet. I'm maybe missing 10 mins of dialogue and some type of fighting sequence.

Looked fun. Can't wait for the trailers for The Amazing Spider-man 3.

Seriously now. That trailer looks like a highlight reel of all the fights in the movie.........

If the opening and ending credits get released, someone could probably piece together the entire movie and we could watch it tomorrow.

It seems like 10 trailers at this point.

Don't cocktease and
let Gwen live
please. This looks good. Raimi films be damned, I'm ready to see SM2 topped.

I don't think there going to kill Gwen. That might have been the plan at one point, but I think they realize getting rid of Emma is probably a bad idea.

I think nixing Mary Jane confirms this.

Plus Garfield and Stone are a real life couple, so that probably plays a lot into it.

I agree they'll probably wimp out but there's no way something this superfluous plays into it even a little bit. I think Mary Jane was removed because there's clearly a lot going on in this movie already. Oh, and the absolutely venomous reaction to Shaileene Woodley probably had something to do with it. I read she'd been recast for ASM3 anyway?

Well I guess that saves me the time of actually watching the movie.

Don't watch this trailer people.

I highly doubt directors have much to say in terms of how their movie is marketed.

meh.

sorry, I cant bring myself to emote anything else from that trailer. spider-man 101... it feels like I've seen all of this before (I dont mean from trailers, I mean plotwise.)

I watched 1 yesterday. SoGood.gif. You have to be crazy to prefer any Raimi film over it. It's visual flare is unmatched. I need to see this.

First movie was crap but I hope Sony holds on to the spiderman license for at least another Hundred years same for Fox with Wolverine Just to keep those two annoying characters (spiderman & wolverine) out of the Avengers & the Marvel movie universe.

I don't know, feels like this will end up just like the the experience of the first one was for me.

Just doesn't look like there will be any real good storytelling, characters I can empathize with, action that isn't obviously altered by CGI (meaning here that it's easy to see it's done cheaply) and another film score that can't even compare to the first trilogy.

Of course there will be plenty "oh it's actually great" reviews and whatnot but that was the case for the first one as well; something I just simply cannot agree with as it sucked in so many regards.

Lots of slow-downs and speed ramps with computer animated characters... not the best idea.

Maybe I'm just getting too old, but I'm not feeling this movie.
