Quite looking forward to this. Haven't been especially keen on the Marvel movies so far, Avengers apart, but the first Captain America was my favourite because his sincerity and unabashed deceny was a welcome relief when cynical, snarky anti-heroes seem to be everywhere right now (even Superman had to be all conflicted and kill someone at the end). Hopefully that'll be kept intact even when faced with more ambiguous moral dilemmas, and as ridiculous as it sounds, that's probably the part of the film I'm most looking forward to - unless Hayley Atwell magically reappears, because yowser - as the big CGI set-pieces which usually dominate these things tend to leave me cold.
Even if the films have mostly been pretty mediocre, I really appreciate and enjoy what is being done with the inter-connected Marvel Movie Universe and am particularly looking forward to seeing what happens when it goes a bit more 'out there' with Guardians Of The Galaxy (assault rifle toting raccoon, huzzah!). Not being a comic book reader at all, it's fun seeing this universe come together and it sounds like Winter Soldier is going to make it a bit more politically and morally complex, which is fine by me. Fingers crossed.
