Alright, so I've had some time to digest the finale.

Thoughts/Predictions!!!
-Chris and Isaac are too heartbreaking for words. I love their dynamic. (Real talk: I love everyone's dynamic with everyone else. The cast chemistry on this show is off the charts.)
-The hospital scene was legit terrifying.
-I sense a Melissa/Sheriff/Rafael love triangle coming up. (I'm starting to warm up to Rafe too.)
-On the topic of Melissa & Sheriff, thank goodness they did not die. Some goes for Parrish and Deaton. *whew* (Especially Parrish, because he's hot as hell.)
-Speaking of Parrish, I can't wait to see what he turns out to be. (I <3 his relationship with Sheriff.)
-Speaking or Parrish again, Danny is now a free man, so I'd like to see that couple happen. Like, so much.
-About Danny, THANK GOD they finally let him be clued in. I hope though that they have a bit of a better explanation next season about just how much he knows, and how he found out.
-About Danny Part 2, as I previously mention. I really would like to see him hook up with Parrish, but I'm also interested to see his dynamic with the new gay classmate coming next season. What I would love most of all is to see multiple gay characters in multiple gay relationships, instead of just the token one they've regressed Dethan to.
-Segue to Dethan. I'm a bit sad it's over, but I'm happy that they left it open to Ethan coming back. (If his HBO show tanks. That would also mean multiple gay relationships!)
-Now Aiden. I wasn't really a big fan, but his death still stirred some emotions. Poor Lydia.
-Yet I love how Lydia is coming into her powers, more and more. Work it.
-Kira & fam continue to be awesome. They are great additions to the TW cast.
-Kira & Scott also continue to be awesome. I like how earnest their relationship is, and how similar they are in the way they care about people.
-I still can't believe how much Tyler Posey turned my opinion of Scott around. I used to be totally indifferent to him, but now I really love his character. He truly is the heart of the show, and that's surprisingly rare for a lead to pull off.
-And if Scott is the heart, then Stiles is the soul. Dylan knocked it out of the park this season. (Though I think the true MVP was Melissa Ponzio. She killed it.)
-Malia!

I'm glad Kate's back. She was way too good to be killed off in season 1. Great chemistry with the rest of the cast, especially Derek. I can't help but think her return would be way more interesting if Allison were still around, though. Bet the writers had some good stuff planned there. Crystal really did the show a solid by quitting, didn't she? And without a better job (or any job) waiting for her, lol. Maybe she'll find a way to join Colton on that other show that's not Teen Wolf. Whatever.

I guessed one of the twins would die and the other would leave Beacon Hills, so no surprises there. Although it's kind of funny that Danny had to become a werewolf racist so both twins could leave the show. Seriously, you're going to break up with your hunky boyfriend who you're totally into because he happens to be a werewolf, even though you totally boned him at least once while knowing he was totally a werewolf? Wat.

I kind of expected a very stupid death for a good character like Scott's mom or Kira's badass 900-year-old mom or Isaac or, Christ forbid, Stiles for Extra Drama. I'm relieved that didn't happen. However it's very unfortunate that Scott's boring jerkface dad didn't perish. It means he'll probably stick around to waste all our time with some boring jerkface subplot next season. No thanks.

So much interesting stuff set up for next season. The Nogitsune was a great villain. Really hope Kate Argent (WHAT) lives up to him.

Also, holy shit, Teen Wolf's promos literally spoiled Derek getting shot in the chest which was the second-to-last shot of the season. LOL.

I wonder if Chris and Isaac will bond more cause of Allison's death.

I gave a shout-out to Melissa Ponzio in my last mega-post, but I forgot to mention that JR Bourne also totally owned his scenes. The amount of emotion he was able to pack into just a glance at the beginning was mesmerizing. He's pretty spectacular.

Dear lord, Kate Argent is back! The entire season of Wolf Watch was like one big meta-arc hinting at the true story of this season and what it was leading into. It was all worth it. Please cancel Wolf Watch though.

To be honest I've been somewhat down on this season, based primarily on the fact that for most of its run Stiles wasn't able to be the Stiles we know and love, and with the Oni being relatively lame and thoroughly repetitive antagonists. But it's all coming together now. Malia's a nice addition. Stiles can hopefully return to form. The twins are gone! (It's not really their fault but I can't take them seriously after Desperate Housewives). Kate's back, which is cool as its own thing, and it helps to give Daddy Argent an excuse to stick around. Things seem to be on track again.

And we only have to wait 'til June! I can't think of a sweeter note on which to end a season.

- I like Kate as a villain, but I think they brought the wrong Evil Argent back. I just love me some evil crotchety old men, especially when that evil crotchety old man is Colonel Tigh. That said, I hope Kate isn't just a werewolf, because evil werewolves have been done to death on this show. The blue skin gives me hope she's something weird.
- I'm glad Malia looks to be upgraded into a regular next season. I love me some Jackie Nevada.
