Yes, and he meant that. TIH does have some passing references to Ang Lee's Hulk (like "spent the last 5 years running"), but that one is not part of the MCU.

Nope, old one.

Movie was great. Better than the first, better than IM3. Falcon was amazing, he could probably carry his own movie. They glossed over a few things (all of Winter Soldier's pre-movie history, pretty much) but the pace was snappy and the action was on point.

Just got back from the first showing! And holy shit that was the best damn superhero movie I've ever seen. Yes even better than Iron Man 1, The Avengers, and The Dark Knight. Incredible action, tons of fanservice, great character moments, and the plot is one of the best in the MCU. I don't think there was any one thing I can say about the movie that I didn't like at the moment, and I'll gladly go back and watch it the next chance I get.

Just got back from a viewing.

Best Phase 2 movie by far. Definitely on the level of Iron Man and The Avengers.

I felt they really did a great job of making Captain America feel much more powerful as a character overall and Black Widow and Falcon were great additions that felt completely natural and not just a forced character plug.
