I'm actually trying that PSM dating game....we need more of these on Vita, Also this game has dudes turning into Wizards once they are 30 0.0 I would rather be a wizard then get laid >.>
and the thing was a stupid demo.....

EDIT: I got a top of page recommendation again so this time Conception II the Vita version looks nice, minus in dungeons.

It's been on Xbox Indies for the longest time (for $3)
Typing the name in Youtube results in a bunch o' play throughs -- so yup
 
Is Persona 4 worth playing as opposed to Persona 4 Golden? I have a Vita, but I think I would like to play it on my TV with my wife, who is a big RPG fan.

Golden is the definitive version of the game, especially from a gameplay standard, because they cut out a lot of annoying bullshit out, and add a lot of fun and interesting content in. The PS2 version is still a fantastic, fantastic game, and playing with your wife might be enough to make it a more entertaining experience.

As long as your playing Persona, there aren't a lot of ways to go wrong.

That's odd...I really enjoy Sonic Unleashed, but why release on PSN now? The game is about almost six years old at this point (man...time sure flies by), so the game coming on PSN now either means two possible things; the game is going to be a PS+ game sometime in the coming months (could work well alongside PSASBR, this and other games being part of a latter month's PS+ update in US) or Sega is felt like put this up on PS Store to get some money from Sonic fans who want to own the game digitally.

I wonder if this digital version fixes the frame rate issues the game has on PS3, as with things being loaded from the HDD rather than soly from a disk (plus this version potentially running on a new build of the Hedgehog Engine ala Generations), the game might run better. That is one of the game's bigger issues, so if that got fixed, then that is nice for digital only people :). Its a good game despite it's flaws, so anyone one here who hasn't played this yet, give it a shot! The Werehog isn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be :l...

Also, why do Nintendo and Xbox not have their own "digital services" thread yet? We should move back out into our own Vita thread.
 
My Vita was stolen last week and I don't really have the money to buy another soon. =(

This fucking sucks... Blocked the account already, though. I played my Vita daily (for my Spelunky fix).

Yup. It was the entire house that was robbed, with me and my dad being at gun point the entire time.

We're making some changes in the house the priority this time around, so I dunno if I'll get a Vita soon.

Man...that's just horrible :(. I hope you and your family get everything back that was stolen and the bastard that robed your home goes to jail. Really hope everything turns up fine in the end for you; I don't know how it feels to be robbed, but it must be a terrifying and crappy feeling :(. Good luck with everything man.

Technically, it was stolen since I didn't even seen when they got it in the first place, as I was actually in other room during part of the robbery. (Nah, it was really robbed, thanks for the correction).

The police was in strike (is this the right term? I dunno. The portuguese word is "greve") at the time, so the city was pretty much in fucking chaos. My house wasn't the only one that was robbed in the city or even neighborhood.

Two notebooks, my smartphone (fucking 3G service in Brazil is really bad, I couldn't locate my phone because of it), my Vita, some jewelery, money. Thank god they didn't get any document, as in Brazil, getting these are really burocratic. Nothing that we can't buy back with time, but it makes me very pissed and afraid of this country. =(

I'll live though. Thanks for the kind words guys. This happened last week, so I tried to avoid posting here.

Ps.: They didn't get the 3DS XL. Looks like a cheap toy, I guess. :P It was in the same place as the Vita was, so no excuses.

This isn't working for me. Both Vita and PS4 full versions show up as Unavailable with the reason being that I already purchased it. Yet I only downloaded the Vita demo with it came out last February. Grabbing the PS4 demo didn't change anything.
A blog comment says they already know about this.

I think that got debunked, and whether it was debunked or simply deconfirmed I do think it's very plausible for Namco to be Namco and just go "eh, not worth it" despite the fact they bothered with the much-less-demanded Eternal Sonata.

Maybe that tanked and doomed ToV in the eyes of crazy execs, or possibly more likely tri-Crescendo had nothing better to do.

How similar is Toukiden to Monster Hunter FU? I ask because I've never played either until today, but I got MHFU off PS+ and put in 5-6 hours during my flights today. I enjoyed it a good bit...enough to buy Toukiden if it's close to the same (hopefully better...and yeah, I know the Toukiden + expansion is coming this year).

Also, any new MH on the horizon for Vita?

Very similar, moreso than any other hunting games. A bit faster in pace but essentially the same kind of core gameplay.

Only if you did it within the error window -- I did what you suggest and it's most definitely showing up as $6.99.
 
Its amazing what native res can do for Vita games.

Toukiden isnt necessarily graphically impressive, but that native res jus makes the game look so clean and smooth that it looks better than alot of Vita's library.

Wish devs would focus on native res than pure graphics What good is having shiny effects and set pieces when it looks like its smothered in vaseline?
 
So I saw Child of Light as being available for pre-order today on the Playstation Store and noticed a couple things:

1) The video output says 720p, not the 1080p that was announced. I found that odd.

2) When I clicked to put it in my cart it let me know that I would be getting the "Golem's Plight Pack DLC"-- one of the same bonus DLCs included in the retail "deluxe" edition. I found it strange that they wouldn't mention it on the pre-order page itself and instead state it in passing when adding the title to your cart. If the DLC is going to sold separately post-launch, then you'd think the potential savings via pre-ordering would be something they (Sony, Ubi, etc..) would want to capitalize on in order to drum-up sales.

You pretty much summed up last generation. I tried the toukiden demo and was surprised how sharp it looked.
