Ward gets blown up at the end.

Season 2. Our ragtag group of misfits assault a Hydra base in Europe. They rescue a prisoner.

Her name?

Jessica Drew.

Her suit could just basically be a SHIELD suit, but red and gold with goofy-yet-cool goggles. Her origin is ridiculous, but with the resurrection of Hydra you can create a new origin that ties in with her history in Hydra and SHIELD.

But I want Jessica to be British :(

Caught up on Winter Soldier - MY GOD!

But only Yes Men (Ep15) airs tonight on Channel 4 (UK)- so far behind!!!

I am very close to getting the other two episodes via the Amazon Video app on my PS4 once Ep15 airs tonight. I have Unblock-US set up for Netflix and WWE Network, but dammit I will use it for this show - even if I have to pay $1,99 for each!

After watching TWS, this is how all AoS fight scenes and deaths look to me now

So i'm really digging this show. 12 episodes in and really barging through each episode.

The Bus is my favorite vehicle ever in a TV production. There's something about having a giant military grade jet being used for missions all over the world that has VTOL abilities is just sort of amazing.

Too bad about the fishtank :(

It's too bad nothing like it could ever exist.

This actually works! Thanks!

Never bothered with Hulu - as I always heard complaints about it via some GAF threads

Will hold off though, and watch the episode tonight, and catch up on the other two via this (for free!)

Only complaint is that I cannot use it on PS4 without Hulu Plus. Is Hulu Plus a worthwhile thing to catch up on some US shows. They seems to have a fair few things that Amazon charges for.

At this rate, I am going to soon get rid of my actual (stupidly expensive) satellite subscription - and exclusively stream US stuff!

Chloe Bennet is hot. That gif is part of the hottest part of episode 5.

Too bad I just finished watching T.R.A.C.K.S because...why not mess with my head concerning Skye?

I believe Sony have her though. Her mainly being known as Spider-woman automatically links her with the Spider-man IP. I don't believe she's in the same group as Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch where they can be both considered X-men and Avengers.

Having a similar name doesn't link her with Spider-Man. Most of the iterations of her character are unrelated to Spider-Man and more closely related to and deal with elements that are still firmly within Marvel's rights.

So now i'm all caught up with all the episodes. Including the Winter Soldier tie-in or the latest episode.

I'm saddened that The Bus is in shambles. It has been damaged at least 3 different times this whole entire season. Why? It's a beautiful plane. The one good thing SHIELD has. You Hydra supporters ruined one of the beasts of the MCUs sky not including Iron Man who is too busy doing other stuff.

Also, I want Bear McCrearys score for this show to be released. I hope it does.

Fingers crossed. His comments on his website seems to indicate that it might at least be possible.

If it doesn't then i'll be so so sad. The theme alone is outstanding but all the other pieces he has done throughout is just as good.

It also has a bar, a real nice one.

What's a plane if it doesn't have a full bar built inside of it? Fuck the fact it has a lab, interrogation room, tons of storage, and can do a 180 midflight. The bar is important.

I wouldn't want Hand to survive after all the stupid stuff she has constantly pulled throughout. She may have a gut instinct but she never seems to use it.

Finally saw it.

This is EXACTLY the kind of show I wanted. There was some non-goofy action (even if Coulson still looks super uncomfortable handling a gun and his fight scene was terribad), some interesting twists and ACTUAL PLOT PROGRESSION, as shoehorned as everything was in order to exploit/amplify Winter Soldier's hype.

I'm just pissy that Hand is dead (she was fantastic and probably one of the most Marvel-y characters so far, easily on par with Sif and Lorelei). As for Ward, it's he was looking shell shocked as hell after killing Hand and the guards. It's pretty much a sure thing that he's being manipulated through pressure or some form of mental control*. It'd be quite lame if he turned bad just like that.

*super crazy theory time:
his brother is not actually deceased but in vegetative state. He's helping Hydra because somebody promised to use Coulson's "medicine" to heal him.
It's so fucking trite, melodramatic and shitty I can actually see Loeb entertaining the idea.

IGN: Lastly, Mr. Loeb, anything you can say about the progress of Daredevil, since we know that's going to be the first of the new Marvel Netflix series?

Loeb: It's been a fantastic season on SHIELD, and we're really looking forward to the possibility that there will be a Season 2 pickup and that we can announce it!
Aha. lol...

Really glad, about the answer to that specific question regarding last episode! One month ago I never would have guessed that I would be this excited for AoS.
