I don't know thst giving him a bj would be the greatest solution to their problem.

I dunno, a BJ from Chloe Bennett would get me to change my mind on a lot of things.

But I was actually thinking

That would be great. Then they can replace her with Cobie Smulders. Also I hope Nick Fury gets more then just a small cameo in whatever episode he appears.
LET ME DREAM! :(

He kind of has to at least do more than the bit from episode 2 seeing as his explanation to coulson will be a big moment for the show. It would be bananas if he actually works with Coulson and crew to deal with that Hydra group he mentioned at the end of TWS.

I can see him acting as Bosley to their Angels. Jackson said he'd do something like that.

I hope they nip Coulson's resurrection in the bud by the end of the last episode. Them teasing it even further by saying it wasn't even 100% under Fury's control made me want to vomit.

They just said it wasn't Fury's project. Meaning Fury wasn't the brainchild of the project, which would make perfect sense since he's not a Stark or Richards type of guy.

I don't know. I actually thought that was kind of awesome since it opens up the possibility that Coulson has been a Hydra agent all along and didn't even know it. Now he can't even trust his own thoughts and actions. Are they really his, or were they implanted during his resurrection process? It's just a great way to introduce some more self-doubt into a character whose big thing was faith in SHIELD, Fury, and himself.

I dunno, I feel like the chemistry was there because he made it happen. He's totally playing her, so I'm not really shipping them as if it was some breakthrough moment for their relationship. I liked the scene because of that though and hope it pays off well with his betrayal.

When Garrett said "this straight version of you" I read too much into it initially, thinking that'd be a hilarious twist (that would make 0 sense given the May/Lorelai relationships in the past.)

Rewatching the episode, just wanted to comment on what a good job Coulson did this ep. I mean, sure, his scene in the winter wilderness did not quite hit home, it was kind of in an awkward place, not quite conveying the desperation as much as it could have.

But on topic - He was damn near a force of nature during the first half of the episode. We need more of this desperate, angry, and under the gun Phil Coulson.

Cube is from the comics. It's a prison.

edit: I would actually love for them to end the Hydra storyline (for this season) in Ep21 and spend Ep22 setting up next season, a la Angel S4 and most HBO shows.

I agree completely. Thought about this during the episode. I think someone a few pages ago or so said that Coulson needed more material to work with for Gregg. We got it here, hopefully it keeps going.

I can't stop grinning at the idea that Captain America swooped in and saved this seemingly helpless show from itself. Never underestimate Cap.

Finally caught up. I still think this show is still severely lacking. Had the quality of the series since day one been similar to what we have now, it would still be severely lacking.

With that said I re-watched T.R.A.C.K.S. and still find it to be the peak of the show so far.

Man, the show really got a enormous kick in the arse the last few episodes.

Finally.

I love Garret btw. I was totally thinking about Hydra Bob when that one guy gave the salute. Ward being totally evil makes everything cool. And hey, what's that beneath your shirt Garret?

Desperate Coulson was a bit sad though :(

Is it me or is Centipede gal really disappointed in the whole clairvoyant isn't clairvoyant thing and potentially could change sides?

It seems that way, but she also seems to be pretty happy about being able to do science on those guest house samples without any morals/limits.

Hah, I thought so too and found interesting that when talking about the team with Rayna he doesn't mention Fitz at all
also he could be bi so it works :lol

SHIELD may have tied with NCIS:LA
3rd most sucessfull drama of the night, in a tight race.
One 10th of a rating point more and it could have been number one :)

I guess, it will have won in the younger male demo, again,
and the network will brag about in a press release soon.
But that press release could also provide us with further interesting numbers.

Is that... good? Or just mediocre?

It is stable for the show, which has now settled in the 2.0 range.
It is average for ABC (or slightly above average)
That still means, it is on the course for renewal,
considering it is the first show in quite some time that works for ABC on Tuesdays at 8:00pm

German Google account signed in, if it matters.
I am just happy Hitler is out of the picture :)

Just rewatched the scene. May said Fury gave the order but someone else was "in charge." I understand they want to introduce doubt in Coulson, but they could've had May just question the doctors doing the operation. Eh, whatevs.

I don't think it's to sew doubt at all. We already know that no one in SHIELD knew about the facility other than Fury. That whole "you might have HYDRA programming" crap was just Hand speculating because she didn't know anything about what happened to him. I'm still pretty set on the theory about who the facility belongs to. That being
S.W.O.R.D.

so Fury trust Coulson enough to let him know he's alive, but didn't tell May about it, and yet told her to watch Coulson because he's a potential risk?

something doesn't add up .

Fury gave that to Coulson all the way back since when Coulson graduated and finally became an official agent of SHIELD, and thus before the whole Kree blood thing and before he had any reason to doubt Coulson. He's had this as a last resort, something that he didn't have to chance to do with May.
