I guess I just never really paid much attention. I just thought she always had a massive ass and that, coupled with her wacky personality and lyrical/rap ability really got her to the forefront. Damn, I hate plastic surgery and stuff like rhinoplasty/boob implants, I don't want to believe lots and lots of people are getting ass implants or injecting into their butt to make it bigger now too. Pretty naive of me I guess. Haha, I'm definitely going to be suspicious of girls I see downtown or at the beach from now on.
She's outright admitted to ass injections.

Eh, minor hangup. Nicki is still hot as hell to me, and I'm not saying I'll hold it against anyone, but I just never really liked plastic surgery much. There used to be this show on Fox a while back, used to bring in like ordinary girls (most would probably call them average/ugly), and like do tons of plastic surgery, nose jobs, chin reductions, cheekbone surgery, eyelid lift, botox, breast implants, liposuction etc. And then do a reveal after and while they'd look more beautiful, good looking, I couldn't just help thinking it's all an illusion and fake.

You should also think about why someone would get cosmetic surgery.
Yeah I know, for themselves first and foremost. To feel good about themselves, to look better, especially in our beauty and youth obsessed society. To look on the outside, how they feel inside. I'm just saying. You're reading into my thoughts a bit too much. I just never really thought ass injections and implants were that prevalent.

Breast implants generally look way worse than butt implants. There's at least the possibility and question of a butt being real or not, as where breast implants are almost always super obvious.
