Show us your gaming setup: 2014 Edition

Here's my small setup for now:

setup2k14_zps78d66493.jpg

The computer specs are:

Intel 2600k @ 4.5ghz | Noctua NH-D14 | Asus P8Z68V-Pro GEN3 | 16GB G.Skill RipjawsX 1600mhz 9-9-9-24-2T | 256GB Samsung 840 Pro | 160GB Intel 320 Series | EVGA GTX 780 Ti 3GB w/ hi-flow bracket | Seasonic X750 | CaseLabs Merlin SM8 | X-Fi Titanium HD | Samsung SH-222BB | Win 7 Pro 64-bit | ASUS VH236H | Creative T40 | Corsair K70 w/ Cherry MX brown switches | Logitech MX 518 | Audio Technica ATH-AD700 (not pictured)

The ps3 is hooked up to the monitor via hdmi and that's a cable modem next to the left speaker. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

Probably won't be until the end of the year when I post my pictures. Bought a house and got the family room pretty much done. Gotta tie the book cases into the wall, hang the TV, buy the in wall speakers, and terminate some cable. Either way, can't wait to post the photos.

place the link to the image inside:

I know that, I was having trouble getting the links from that page. Had to go to Chrome to get them.

Panasonic 65VT60 Plasma, Polk Monitor 70 and CS2 speakers

Computer setup that I dock my MacBook Pro with.. One Thunderbolt cable connects everything on that desk, it's pretty cool

Recently got a new TV unit, what better opportunity to take photos?
Probably when I have better light, oops. Sorry for the gross quality, iPhone and inside doesn't quite work well for me :\

ANYWAY

TV and consoles (I really like this new TV unit, lets me mount the TV so it's not taking up space on the cabinet.)

PC
Lif3wSt.jpg

Specs:
Intel 2500K @ 4.6GHz (Noctua NH-D14 cooler)
16GB DDR3 RAM
MSI GTX 560Ti (had a 7970,. but the drivers were just so trash and made it a clusterfuck to get audio working over HDMI, so I went back to my old card and sold the 7970 >_>)
Also some storage SSDs and HDDs and optical drives and shit

It's hard to get a decent shot of my PC's internals with the light/camera/position it's in, but this is the best I could manage.

Since it's hard to see, here's a more exposed image of the consoles. Everything is black! (Except the Wii)

And my most recent addition, a Rega RP1 turntable.

Lovely Apartment, excellent use of space.
If you don't mind me asking, what media unit are you using? It looks about perfect for all of my equipment and id like to find something similar.

Thanks in advance

Hi. This is my setup.

Functional and in the room: PS4, PS3, 3DS, Vita, 360, WiiU, Cintiq, iPad, AppleTV, Chromecast, 7.1 Surround Sound and my 3D Samsung (with nearly zero bezel). Faithless, why can't I see most of these? I don't believe you! Well, my philosophy is -- keep it hidden unless you're gaming. A living room is for living and accommodating guests.

A fellow MCM fan. Lovely.

This thread is making me want to get off my ass and finish my basement / man cave. I already paid out the ass for a water management system and framing and ran the electric. Sadly PAX East took far more of my money than I expected ;(

Soon.... soon.....

i do most of my gaming in my man cave, it's a pretty solid setup for me! outside of a bit more space i wouldn't really change anything

Seating area, both ends of the couch recline however the middle seat does not. Couple side show statues (dutch from predator, kratos, alien, predator, wolverine) and some signed jerseys

Game rack plus some other random stuff (3d glasses for the tv, guitar cleaning kits, picks, etc...). can't see the systems too well however theres 2 xboxs, 2 n64s, dreamcast, sega genesis, nes, ps2

Guitars area plus a side view of the bar

TV plus unit, you can kind of see the front speakers here as well.. but i have a 5.1 polk setup with a pioneer receiver. other systems go here... ps3, ps4, 360 and a d-link nas for media

there's also a bathroom + show around the corner, but didn't bother taking pics of that. Upstairs theres a 40" lcd tv with a wii u and wii, but there isn't much to it so didn't bother taking any pics of that either

My man cave/recording studio

We haven't been in the house very long so the walls are yet to be decorated. I'm planning on putting in the Chameleon C6 sound panel package from Ready Acoustics and getting a decent love seat to replace that old poverty office chair I'm using for racing/big screen gaming and then eventually replacing the old bose bookshelf speakers with something a bit nicer.

I've got a better home theater setup in our main living room but keep it in there for watching movies and TV.

computer itself
- Gryphon mobo, 4770k, GTX680, 16gigs Corsair vengeance pro 1866 ram, SSD, etc

Some really nice setups.

My general advice stays though.

Don´t put EVERYTHING you own on display.

Hide your cables.

Apologies for crappy massive photos. This room is also my office.

Consoles: Xbox One, 360, PS3, WiiU, Wii.
Computers: 15" Samsung Series 9 Ultrabook, ThinkPad W530, old custom PC (8800GT, Q6600...)
Monitors: 42" Sony Bravia W654, 2x 1080p acer somethings
Audio: 2 x Dali Zensor 1, 2x Cambridge Audio S30, 1x Tannoy FX5.1 sat, 1 x BK Gemini II 150w sub, Sony STRDH800 amp, Project Essential turntable & Cambridge Audio 540p pre-amp
Other stuff: Epiphone SG & Vox VT30, some awesome Zelda statues and a signed copy of the latest Protest the Hero record on vinyl.
