Grew up with #2. Its da best.
The 94 series is of course a favorite if you grew up at that time, but have you tried rewatching it? The choppy animation makes it almost unwatchable.
Though I highly recommend watching this. It's hilarious how much random stuff starts to happen.

Have you guys tried rewatching the show recently? I did. It..........wasn't a good look. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

Spectacular Spider Man was the greatest. Shame on Disney for cancelling it.
Its seriously leagues better than the 1994 one.

That list is probably right.
Ultimate is ...pretty bad, but I will admit I get some laughs out of it sometimes and the use of other Marvel characters is nice.
Spectacular did everything right though. Great stuff on that show.

'94 has its '90s quirks like the X-Men series but isn't as horrendously badly written or acted. It's pretty iconic and a comprehensive adaptation of 90s Spidey, but Spectactular is the better show. Good list overall.
Ultimate's improved in the 2nd season but I still don't jive with the whole team aspect. Deadpool episode was godlike though.

I wish I could go back and watch it for the first time. I think they handled the Peter Parker side of things better than any other movie or TV show.

Spectacular Spider-man is were it belongs. Hands down the best animated Spiderman.
The 1994 series is good too, even though the animation was/is choppy, they got the characterization of Peter Parker/Spiderman right.
Edit: Ultimate Spiderman is just bad. It should be way more to the bottom.

I haven't seen all of them, but Spectacular is way better the '94 show. Spectacular in fact is one of the best versions of Spider-Man period.
I don't believe it's available for legal streaming, though I watched most of it on Youtube before I bought the first season DVDs. You might still be able to find it, if it hasn't been taken down. The complete series is out on Blu-ray, which is probably your best choice.

Not as a part of a streaming package, but it did just get a Blu-ray release for the entire series.

Bought the DVD Set last auntnum, yet didnt watch more that disc 2. Its sometimes so cheesy and the animations are choppy like you said.
But still, its the best Spider-Man Animation series.
I don't think its death would have been nearly as painful if the follow-up wasn't Ultimate Spider-Man. JK Simmons aside, it's wretched.
Nah, Spectacular destroys it in just about every way.

I couldnt connect with Spectacular. It always feelt as I were to old for it (I dont want to say that the series is for kids with this). Beside that, didnt add they strange things like making Harry to Venom?

Pretty sure your thinking of Ultimate Spiderman with the Harry/Venom thing. Venom in Spectacular was always Eddie Brock. Spectacular as a whole was actually fairly decent in taking the comics and then adding an animated twist on them, I loved that characters like Molten Man, Mysterio, Dr Octopus were all forshadowed in earlier episodes before appearing as villains. Its a pity that Season 3 never happened as I think we'd have got characters like Hob Goblin and Scorpion and maybe Carnage. Its easily my favourite series as the 90's animated series has aged...
Hm, no, it's still Eddie Brock. He's younger than usual, as is most of the rest of the cast, but he's Venom. Looking around it looks like that's from the current series, which I haven't watched but everybody seems to agree is a huge step down.

What makes Spectacular so good is that it plays fast amd loose with the source material. I know most of Spidermans exploits back to front, but they changed it up just enough to feel new again.

first reveal of green goblin. it was harry first before it was Norman i want to say. awesome twist. the whole season i was all,"great another dragged out season of spidey not knowing it's Norman."... then wham! harry! loved it.
