Why? From has sold a lot of copies of Dark Souls and Dark Souls II on the PC platform. The latter of which is the biggest launch we have seen in the last year, reaching almost 100K Concurrent players.

Is there a reason any reason not to expect this on PC that I am missing? I am aware of the Sony rumors with Miyazaki's project, but those are merely rumors.

If Sony is funding development I doubt it'll come to PC. Rumor for while that senior From Software studio members have been working with Japan studio on a Souls game successor.

Totally psyched that this is a spiritual successor and not Demon's Souls 2. Can't wait to explore a new world and see what new mechanics they come up with. Some of the old Souls tropes and enemies started getting pretty tired in Dark Souls 2.

Yea, I don't remember the thread, but it was about the rumor and there was a huge debate with some completely in denial, saying it couldn't possibly happen and that From would never go back to exclusivity. It was pretty crazy, I'll try looking for it since, if this is real, that thread is going to be gold.
