What could Microsoft show at E3 to finally get you to buy an Xbox One?

I haven't been a huge supporter of Microsoft since the Xbox One reveal, even though I was a massive Xbox and Xbox 360 fan. From concentrating too much on TV services to spending all that money on getting an NFL deal which only the States really benefits from. However there's a few things that would still make me buy one.

If they announced a new Crackdown or Viva Pinata, I'd pick one up the day either of them came out. Viva Pinata may seem like an odd choice but I'm dying for a decent sandbox city building style game. There just aren't really any available for consoles. I love Settlers and any like it, but they're all sent to PC. I'd buy it in an instance of they announced any city building game to be honest.

So what would make you jump in?

I already have a Bone, but if Capcom were to reveal RE7 exclusive to MS, I'd play my Bone for something other than Killer Instinct.

Nothing as I'm sticking with one platform as I don't game enough to justify more than that these days.

My Xbox One's sitting in my closet at the moment, but Halo 2 Anniversary would convince me to unearth it.

Like I covered in one of my threads, Forza Horizon 2 and Halo/2 being announced along with a $399 new price point or so will make me jump right away.

Project Gotham Racing 5 was and still is my only condition. Oh and it can't be released within a week of a major title either.

Maybe Halo 5 with Forge being something more than an incrementally better version of the same thing since Halo 3.

Phil Spencer would have to "disown" everyone that had anything to do with the original Xbox One concept. Talk about how he's in charge now and it's going to be about games and how he's going to invest in first party studio's rather than third party money hats. Give those 1st party devs creative freedom and create unique new IPs.

They will have to get rid of the Kinect and drop the price by at least 100 dollars (preferably 150) and take out all the multi-media features that are locked behind XBLG.

Then hire as many old Rare guys as you can and make Banjo Kazooie 3.

A serious price cut and Banjo-Threeie. And I don't mean Nuts and Bolts style.

Though even with that, I'm trying not to spend money on things so it'd be pretty hard to justify it.

-announce exclusives that will appeal to me;
-drop the pay wall for apps;
-kinectless sku at 299$;
-cut back on micro transactions and ads;

Don't think that any of that will happen though...
Till than i'll stick with sony, ninty and pc.

Honestly if Halo 2 HD's multiplayer is on the Halo 2 engine and Forza Horizon 2 looks good, that's enough for me.

Halo 5.

WITH

90 fov
dual wielding
firefight
2 player co-op at 60fps, 4 player at 30fps

WITHOUT

ordinance
bloom
armor abilities
DON'T MAKE ME READ ANOTHER GOD DAMNED HALO NOVEL TO UNDERSTAND THIS SHIT SUFFICIENTLY

and you'll get my money MS. Show me a quality Halo game and I'll be on that shit faster than a new 3D Mario

Shenmue 3

I already have an XB1, but it's not getting much use :\ Hoping CoD: Advanced Warfare is good, or that Destiny isn't super gimped.

Edit: Sunset Overdrive could be awesome. Can't wait for more details on that :)

Halo 2A, multiplayer intact. Halo 5 being good would justify the purchase even more.

I tried the console for the first time today and I gotta say... That controller is amazing.

Project Gotham Racing 5 was and still is my only condition. Oh and it can't be released within a week of a major title either.

Maybe Halo 5 with Forge being something more than an incrementally better version of the same thing since Halo 3.

I used to love the pgr games on the original xbox, but what makes you want a pgr over something like forza horizon? Genuine question because I have never played the original horizon and had assumed that just filled the arcade racer void that was previously filled by pgr.

100 % compatible with the original Xbox! Halo 2, Ninja Gaiden, 100's of games if you can find the disks.

They even can sell their digital versions of games like they did on the 360.

It would throw a huge XBONE to their loyal fan base and would sell more consoles than Titanfall did!

Something crazy like their smellovision plans or Fortaleza. With quality games to back it up.

If they announce they are funding something like Psychonauts 2 I will buy one the next day.

At what price? For 500$, *nothing*.

Seeing as I already own a PS4, MS is now asking me to spend more money on an additional console I certainly do not need.

If they want to sell me: 350$ with Kinect and Forza packed in. That's my price.

Nothing they show can sway me. Not 5 more Halos or 4 more Gears of War. Not Quantum, not Sunset, or 3 more Fables.

I made my decision when choosing my first, my primary home console. I chose the 100$ less expensive, but much more powerful, option.

I'll be fine with just my PS4 for several years. Wii U will be my next/second home console.

Games, same as Sony with the PS4. I see 0 reason to buy either of them right now.

Banjo Three would be nice, as would Fable 4 (I actually really enjoyed 2 and 3).

I don't think they can convince me at this point, even a 200$ console bundled with new Conker and Quantum Break wouldn't be enough to persuade me at this point. Years from now, with a clear picture of how they behaved the entire gen I'll make a decision if its worth to get a XOne to play all exclusives I missed.
