I get the feeling a franchise is going to be coming back on Wii U. Whether it is Metroid, Star Fox, Ice Climber, Kid Icarus or something else I am not sure. It just feels like the right time for something like that to be shown now that their bread and butter games have either released or are releasing soon (besides Zelda).

If they revealed an Ice Climbers reboot/remake, they better have Jesus himself working on it, because that game is some real ass and is going to drain any kind of enthusiasm out of the announcement. Might has well remake fucking Urban Champion

If you are alone you shouldve atleast played a few games like pikmin adventure. I dont find everything else enjoyable without people. But you got a pro controller so thats good.

Well I got pikmin 3! I only really do couch co-op with girlfriend in nsmbu and sm3dw, maybe kart when it's out. Wanted to get a pro controller for Kart and and for when I pick up Tropical Freeze.

I'm thinking going forward almost 80% of Nintendo games will make use of them this could be a cash cow if done right for E3 I expect Smash bros, FE X SMT, Yarn Yoshi and Miyamoto's new IP to make use of it

Why Nintendo already struck a deal for the character to appear in smash, capcom isn't doing anything with the ip and mega man is largely associated by a lot of people with Nintendo I think this could very well be a possibility

Capcom has shown no interest in releasing anything Mega Man for quite some time and canceled the last few projects from the franchise. The only way I see this being possible is if Nintendo is just outright buying the IP. Otherwise, it's beyond wishful thinking.

Of course Nintendo would have to foot the bill for it to happen sorry I didn't make that clear in my post, Nintendo needs games and knows there is a lot of interest in the Mega Man franchise

I live in Sweden and the corresponding time of the first E3 press conferences is in the evening, after work. So I don't need to take any time off. Updating the E3 General Information & FAQ thread will be work enough.

Regarding food, I recommend something healthy like carrots, cucumber and melon. Try to avoid greasy and/or spicy stuff, can make following E3 an unpleasant experience. Personally I try not to eat in front of the computer, but might bring some ice cubes to chew on.

Kid Icarus on NES was god fucking awful. They didn't do too bad when they resurrected that franchise.

I would love to play a modern reboot of Urban Champion. Just make it an arena fighter.

The fact that you got a pro controller for it means you made the right decision.

However if you have people to play with, the asymmetrical multiplayer is a blast. You can find it for pretty cheap now so no big loss.
