They've already mentioned a few time that they're going to do things like weather, releasing random enemy outbreaks, putting diseases out there and stuff through the cloud I think.

I suspect that trail is a visual cue related to style system as it apparently changes color during gameplay video.
That said, i don't like it either visually. A scurf or something like that would look less out of place.
0% chance if it's open-world.
Looks fun, but hopefully not like Infamous:SS which left you with not much to do after completion.

I don't think QB is dropping this year. And it wouldn't be smart to launch it at the same time as H2 Anniversary, competing exclusives, spread them out.
I wasn't really super hyped for this game since I rarely enjoy zombie games and open-world games are hit-and-miss for me. However, holy shit. That trailer looks like a blast! I'm hoping the ntkrnl rumors were true, and they release a special edition console with this game. Day one!

I wont be buying an Xbox One for this game...because I already own one! I can't wait to check this out. It is nice to have a shooter game that seems to be focused on fast paced shooting madness and not cover systems.

Ya it's so nice knowing that information. They also all point out how great the game looks and are sad they can't play it... yet they very much can, just possibly not day 1. XBox One won't be 499 forever and will have a great library one day, a lot of you will pick it up one day on the cheap either way probably.
Well, they are not really zombies. They are people who were mutated into monsters by some crazy drink and it caused the downfall of the world. It's actually a post-apocalyptic game, and by the looks of it, it's the craziest and most colorful one ever. On that note, the enemy variety is supposed to be pretty nice as well.

Yep. Been hearing/seeing mixed statements about whether or not Quantum Break will come out this year but if if does then yeah, Xbox One will have a really good lineup of games for this year.

I wish Microsoft teamed up with popular artists for the cover arts more often. The Japanese cover for Lost Odyssey by Takehiko Inoue was dope too.

They keep stating that it is 2014 but of course most people would be surprised if they stuck to it. If all those games do release in 2014 I'm thinking it will go as follows.
September - Forza Horizon 2
October - Sunset Overdrive
November - Halo 2 Anniversary
December - Quantum Break
Forza and SO could be swapped I suppose.

Man this looks nice, and it brought a smile to face seeing the illustrated art on the cover. Game Art is relevant again!
I have a feeling they could release Quantum Break this Winter if they wanted to, but they'll shift it into the next year to counter act the typical dry spell and prevent it from getting lost in a sea of releases.

I'm sure you can understand the frustration of Insomniac's fan base that's over 20 years deep. It's not so simple as "just buy an XB1." We've been gaming on Playstation since day one. People are not going to suddenly buy another console who's games don't interest them except one.
It's good see a lot of new Insomniac fans though. And I don't remember any 360 owners buying PS3's to play their games.

Whelp..... This is gonna make me buy an Xbone. I know it is.
Huge Insomniac fan here. Made the switch to 360 when I saw the original PS3 Price. Said I would buy a PS3 for Tools of Destruction/QFB when the price dropped.
I stuck to my word, and now I have more games to my Insomniac collection.
I will do the same for the Xbone. ....Probably. (If my wallet can stand it.)
