Do we know they won't?

They have had multiple studios in the UK for the past couple of years, until now notorious for it's awful tax breaks, whereas there is some ridiculous tax benefits over in Canada. Something like 20% isn't it?

To be fair, nothing is impossible. It wouldn't be the first time a man moved his family across the globe for a job opportunity.

It's always baffled me why Sony haven't invested in any developments studios in Canada. I'm not entirely sure what their tax benefits are, but yeah I've heard they're pretty damn good.

Sony aren't really into creating new studios these days, if they were to expand their development arms to Canada it would probably be through acquisition of another studio. They've also said that they only bring in studios with which they have had a healthy relationship with and have worked with in the past, such as Sucker Punch. This is why a lot of people assume they'll be acquiring Quantic Dream any day now.

I can't think of any independent Canadian studios that Sony have worked with previously on an exclusive basis.

Edit: Actually, DrinkBox studios is an example of one, but I doubt Sony are even thinking of acquiring those guys.

Perfect time to buy a PS4. Get one now and play inFamous and Re0gun as well as all the other PSN+ games. Then get Watchdogs in May. That should keep you busy until The Last of Us which should hopefully release around July. Then you have Destiny Beta in July, with the release of the game on September. After that the big fall games.

I have PS+ and a Vita, but I don't plan on buying any PS4 game until TLOU or Destiny, whichever comes first. I already plan on getting Mario Kart 8 for my gaming needs in the near future.

Maybe if Microsoft drops the Xbox One price Sony might announce a new SKU or a bundle.

I just miss those Tretton smirks, and the sparkle in his eye when he welcomed us to E3.... and who can forget is salmon colored dress shirt, when I saw it, I knew it was gonna be a great E3.

I want to see how this new guy does as well, but Tretton was a great person, a really genuine guy.

Unless it's a game in development hell, Ubi will almost surely talk about it. They're not Square Enix.

With that being said, it'll either be at Ubi's press conference or MS's press conference, since Gamescom revealed that Division will have exclusive content with Xbox.
