I dont really think its creepy, its just pathetic. What is frightening to me is that a low-life like that can get access to guns and actually become dangerous to people, when in reality he himself is too stupid, weak and cowardly to get anything real done. Thats what angers me about these deaths, the pointlessness of it, that a person with zero value can actually acquire the tools to become dangerous and make others pay for his weakness and mediocrity.

I don't think bashing the NRA is an acceptable in this situation. Of course I disagree with the NRA on some things but the notion that they're at fault for why guys like this do what they do just doesn't resonate with me.

Personally I believe when someone has a slew of youtube video's up and leaves a murder manifesto up they should have the cops come grab them and force them into involuntary commitment and get a judge up (even in the middle of the night) to adjudicate the person as incompetent and keep them locked up until they get treatment.

But if they didn't see the videos they wouldn't be aware of what he was threatening. Do I think seriously disturbed individuals should be institutionalized and have their gun rights pulled? Yes. But the reason that's not the case isn't the NRA no matter how much some may claim. There really are set rules to how this works. I think the whole "OMG if only nra would not oppose things!" really sells the conversation short.

Well suppose you had that conversation and proposed it as a law with all the checks and balances, but expediting evaluation as to prevent situations like this kid's.

This is relatively speaking but, after reading that account of the guy walking past the sorority house and seeing the 3 girls on the lawn, one on the phone to her mother saying she was dying, I am SO GLAD to read that only two of the three girls died. The report said the other two were dead when he got there, the third girl was shot in the kidney? Just imagining the mother being on the phone as her daughter is saying "I think I'm dying, I love you" makes me cry. I cried reading that post right there saying only 2 were dead outside the sorority house because that means the third girl lived. Jesus Christ this is so fucking awful. Obviously it would have been preferable if NOBODY died (except the disgusting fuckwit murderer) but just... god that poor woman on the other end of the phone listening to what could have been her daughter's last words. Fuck. Crying again.

I know several people (mostly girls) who are half Mexican but are super racist against Mexicans and self loathing. It's really weird but it happens.

I doubt it's him:

I have two roommates. They're both pretty chill guys (usually).

One of them gets really upset whenever he hears our upstairs neighbors having sex. He gets REALLY upset. They're not that loud to be honest. Just some squeecking can be heard. It's usually only about 5 minutes before all is quiet. Myself and my other roommate don't mind.

The other roommate gets super pissed though. He starts slamming shit really loudly and shouting when it happens. Furthermore he gets pissed at us because we're not upset about it. None of us are getting laid. It's been about a year and a half since either the roommate that gets angry got laid, and about the same amount of time for myself as well. I don't think the other roommate has ever done anything with a woman. According to the angry roommate though, it's natural for animals to get upset when they know someone else is getting laid and they're not. He says we should be just as pissed as he is.

But I'm not. I don't care. Frankly, it's starting to become an issue between the three of us. The upstairs neighbors had a 30 minute session this afternoon, and the environment in our apartment has been absolutely toxic ever since.

Yeah that's the part of it that makes me think this wasn't just some geek who was driven to do this because of the world rejecting him. He was a monster who was driven to this persona because it gave him an excuse. The kind of narcissism he displays, I don't know if there is any woman or man in the world who could alleviate it. Even if he found his perfect virginal blonde I imagine there would be something else that would trigger him. Again it is not so easy to draw the line and define him, but it is just the feeling I get.
